Pros: The user interface is very appealing for both end users. The templates are awesome and easy to insert in campaigns. The priority email delivery function works seamlessly and is very useful. Clear reports and analytics on email campaigns. Easy to manage bulk groups of contacts.

Cons: Never faced any major problems while using FileDrum Email Marketing tool.

Overall: I loved how FireDrum Email Marketing helps to achieve marketing targets with less effort. The campaign setup process is seamless. Overall, I suggest this platform if you want something that helps you to gain customers' attention and want to increase sales using email marketing then this platform is best.

Pros: FireDrum is a great business to work with for all of your marketing needs. Website and Email for us.

Cons: None that I can think...probably could have found someone cheaper going outside the US. I loved their team, and the quality of the project was top notch, and everything was completed on time or even early.

Overall: The email marketing software is simple, and allows us to do targeted email campaigns. They have great internal support. There was a feature in the email marketing that wasn't available, and within a month, they had initiated our suggestion.

Pros: They were able to completely turn our marketing efforts around.

Cons: No need thank you.

Overall: While I think we've done a great job with most of the aspects of our business, email marketing was really lacking. We tried to do it ourselves but it just wasn't having the impact we wanted. Ultimately we knew that we needed to look into a company to help us. We found FireDrum online and were really happy with all the services they offered. They were able to completely turn our marketing efforts around and help our business tremendously. I am beyond grateful and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for help with their email marketing.

Pros: Improved our sales but they've taken so much time off our hands.

Overall: Using FireDrum for email marketing services was the best choice we could have made for our company. Not only have they really improved our sales but they've taken so much time off our hands. I have enjoyed every minute of working with them so far. They are so experienced and professional. You really can't go wrong with them. We plan to continue to use their services for a long time to come. I couldn't recommend them more.

Pros: The dashboard is intuitive, the automation settings are easy to understand, the reporting tools allow me to get whatever data I need, the email builder (studio) is great, and whenever I have needed them, their customer support has been really helpful.

Cons: Sometimes it's slow to load, but I think that may be due to the amount of history (saved templates) and all the info we have in our account.

Overall: I have really enjoyed using FireDrum (so much that I came here to write a review). We send 4-6 monthly emails to approximately 30,000 contacts. Our monthly newsletters use the same basic template and we have an automated welcome drip series for new contacts that works really well. We have used other email platforms, but FireDrum has really worked best for us.

Pros: Everything. From sitting up customers, Designing templates, launching campaigns to checking full analytics of each email blast.

Cons: I have used this for 10+ years and not one thing I do not like.

Overall: We have been a White Label customer of Firedrum for over 10 Years. The software and support have been outstanding! I urge any Design or Marketing firm to check out the White Label options and sell your customers this email software. You can't get any better. I am a true testament that it's worth every penny.

Pros: FireDrum Email Marketing is an easy to use platform that is straight forward but also allows for beautiful design. The platform makes uploading and downloading contacts easy as well as easy to read email analytics. I highly recommend their platform!

Cons: The only con would be navigating old emails. They are in alphabetical order instead of having an option to look at past emails by when they were sent.

Overall: This system is very easy to use and creates beautiful emails. All of the features are very helpful when creating and navigating the email results.

Pros: The team at FireDrum is extremely knowledgeable with email marketing. While they do have an easy to use template generator, we chose to utilize their expertise to develop a branded template for us which carries the look and feel of our website to our email marketing. Most of our campaigns are set and forget where the emails are sent on the dates and times we want. However, we sometimes send a "breaking news" type email on an ad hoc basis and we can get that email drafted and sent within mere minutes. Their open rate exceeds what we've heard from others using competing products so we're very happy.

Cons: I'm struggling with cons because there just aren't any that FireDrum hasn't been able to turn into a Pro.

Overall: We've been working with FireDrum since 2005. They've helped us through countless strategies to increase our email marketing utilization which has resulted in business we would have otherwise lost to a competitor. We also utilize their email marketing to keep our existing clients up to speed regarding emerging trends. The FireDrum staff is always ready to assist should we have a question or need them to "just do it for us" because we lack the time to do something ourselves. Use FireDrum to obtain prospect lists, communicate with interested prospects and keep your company on the forefront of your clients minds!

Cons: There is nothing I can say bad about my experience.

Overall: I highly recommend FireDrum. They even have a division that helps me with my website and Google Ads.
