第1伝熱管210の外径と、第2伝熱管310の外径とは、同じである。ここでは、第1伝熱管210の内径と、第2伝熱管310の内径とは、同じである。
第1フィン220の材質と、第2フィン320の材質とは、同じであってもよいが、好ましくは、第1フィン220の亜鉛含有率は、第2フィン320の亜鉛含有率よりも多く、例えば、第1フィン220の亜鉛含有率は、第2フィン320の亜鉛含有率よりも、0.2質量%以上多い。

本実施形態に係る空気調和機1は、室外機2と、室内機3と、を備える。室外機2は、第1熱交換器200を含む。第1熱交換器200は、第1伝熱管210と、複数の第1フィン220と、を有する。第1伝熱管210は、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金製である。複数の第1フィン220は、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金製である。室内機3は、第2熱交換器300を含む。第2熱交換器300は、第2伝熱管310と、複数の第2フィン320と、を有する。第2伝熱管310は、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金製である。複数の第2フィン320は、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金製である。第1伝熱管210の表面には、第1犠牲層212が設けられている。第1犠牲層212は、第1伝熱管210の第1母材211よりも電位的に卑であり、かつ、第1フィン220よりも電位的に卑である。第1フィン220のフィンピッチP1は、第2フィン320のフィンピッチP2よりも大きい。
本実施形態に係る空気調和機1では、第1伝熱管210及び第2伝熱管310は、円筒形状を有する。円筒形状を有する第1伝熱管210に取り付けられる第1フィン220、及び第2伝熱管310に取り付けられる第2フィン320には、加工性が要求される。ここでは、第1フィン220が、第1犠牲層212よりも電位的に貴であるため、第1フィン220の加工性の低下を抑えることができる。このため、円筒形状の第1伝熱管210を有する第1熱交換器200と、円筒形状の第2伝熱管310を有する第2熱交換器300と、を含む空気調和機1に好適に用いることができる。
本実施形態に係る空気調和機1では、第1フィン220の表面には、樹脂を含む第1表面層220bが設けられている。
本実施形態に係る空気調和機1では、第2フィン320の表面には、樹脂を含む第2表面層320bが設けられている。第1表面層220bの厚みW220bは、第2表面層320bの厚みW320bよりも大きい。
本実施形態に係る空気調和機1では、第2伝熱管310の表面には、第2犠牲層312が設けられている。第2犠牲層312は、第2伝熱管310の第2母材311よりも電位的に卑であり、かつ、第2フィン320よりも電位的に卑である。
本実施形態に係る空気調和機1では、第1フィン220のフィンピッチP1と、第2フィン320のフィンピッチP2との差(P1-P2)は、0.1mm以上0.3mm以下である。これにより、第1犠牲層212の腐食をより抑制することができる。
本実施形態に係る空気調和機1では、第1フィン220のフィンピッチP1は、第2フィン320のフィンピッチP2の1.0倍を超え1.3倍未満である。これにより、第1犠牲層212の腐食をより抑制することができる。
本実施形態に係る空気調和機1では、第1犠牲層212の厚みと、第2犠牲層312の厚みとは、同じである。このように、第1伝熱管210の第1犠牲層212と第2伝熱管310の第2犠牲層312とを共通化できるので、第1熱交換器200及び第2熱交換器300の生産効率を向上することができる。
本実施形態に係る空気調和機1では、第1伝熱管210の外径と、第2伝熱管310の外径とは、同じである。このように、第1伝熱管210の外径と第2伝熱管310の外径とを共通化できるので、第1熱交換器200及び第2熱交換器300の生産効率を向上することができる。
本実施形態に係る空気調和機1では、第1伝熱管210の材質と、第2伝熱管310の材質とは、同じである。このように、第1伝熱管210の材質と第2伝熱管310の材質とを共通化できるので、第1熱交換器200及び第2熱交換器300の生産効率を向上することができる。
本実施形態に係る空気調和機1では、室外機2は、水を受ける第1ドレンパン22をさらに含む。室内機3は、水を受ける第2ドレンパン32をさらに含む。第1伝熱管210及び第2伝熱管310は、複数である。複数の第1伝熱管210の最下端は、第1ドレンパン22の水位よりも上方に位置する。複数の第2伝熱管310の最下端は、第2ドレンパン32の水位よりも上方に位置する。
本実施形態に係る空気調和機1では、複数の第1フィン220は、第1伝熱管210の延びる第1方向に積層され、第1伝熱管210を通す第1カラー部222を有する。第1カラー部222は、第1立上部223と、平坦部224と、第2立上部225と、フランジ部226と、を有する。第1立上部223は、フィン本体221から第1方向に延びる。平坦部224は、第1立上部223から第1伝熱管210に向けて延びる。第2立上部225は、平坦部224から第1伝熱管210に沿って延びる。フランジ部226は、第2立上部225から外方に延びる。1つの平坦部224は、隣接する別の第1フィン220のフランジ部226に接する。
本実施形態に係る空気調和機1では、第1カラー部222の第2立上部225とフランジ部226との連結部分、及び第2カラー部322の第2立上部325とフランジ部326との連結部分は、曲率半径が0.2mm以上の湾曲形状を有する。
本実施形態に係る空気調和機1では、第1フィン220の亜鉛含有率は、第2フィン320の亜鉛含有率よりも多いことが好ましい。
(4-1)変形例1
上述した実施形態では、室内機3の第2熱交換器300において、第2母材311、第2フィン320及び第2犠牲層312の順に、電位的に貴であるが、これに限定されない。本変形例では、室内機3の第2熱交換器300において電位が高い順は、第2母材311、第2犠牲層312及び第2フィン320である。第2母材311、第2犠牲層312及び第2フィン320の電位は、例えば、亜鉛などの電位的に卑な金属の含有率で調整される。
上述した実施形態では、第1伝熱管210の第1犠牲層212及び第2伝熱管310の第2犠牲層312は、図5に示すように、亜鉛が溶射された拡散層を例に挙げて説明したが、これに限定されない。本変形例では、図9に示すように、母材及び犠牲層として、クラッド材を用いる。
上述した実施形態では、図10及び図11に示すように、第1フィン220及び第2フィン320の両方に表面層が設けられているが、これに限定されない。本変形例では、第1フィン220に第1表面層220bが設けられているが、第2フィン320には、第2表面層320bが設けられていない。なお、本開示の空気調和機において、第1フィン220及び第2フィン320の両方に、表面層が設けられていなくてもよい。

アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金製の第2伝熱管(310)と、
アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金製の複数の第2フィン(320)と、
を有する第2熱交換器(300)を含む室内機(3)と、
を備え、
前記第1伝熱管の表面には、前記第1伝熱管の母材(211)よりも電位的に卑であり、かつ、前記第1フィンよりも電位的に卑である第1犠牲層(212)が設けられ、
前記第1フィンのフィンピッチ(P1)は、前記第2フィンのフィンピッチ(P2)よりも大きい、
