Description
本发明属于建筑技术领域,尤其涉及一种装饰墙系统的施工方法。
推动建筑产业现代化最重要的是要促进建设发展方式的转变,必须要摆脱传统建造的模式,寻求一种建筑产业现代化为目标的发展路径。
目前,国内电线施工多采用预埋方式,设备管线,如弱电电线与强电电线多预埋于主体结构墙体和楼板中,然而设备及管线使用年限一般在10-20年左右,在房屋使用年限内需要多次更换,导致多次破坏主体结构,降低房屋使用寿命。另外,在进行内装修改时,也需要破坏主体结构,重新铺设管线,降低了房屋耐久性。
可见,传统电线预埋方法,维修时需要破坏主体结构,且维修难度较大,成本高,维修效率较低;同时,维修时产生大量建筑垃圾及噪音污染,会对楼下用户影响较大。由于主体结构受到损害,不利于后期内装修改,改修成本及耗时较长,此外,由于管线采用预埋方式,管线与主体结构形成一体,管线与结构主体不便分离,不利于后期户型修改,难以满足居住者多样化及灵活化的需求。
在现代家装的过程中,越来越多的使用到装饰墙。传统的装饰墙,作用包括:1.保护墙体,增强墙体的耐久性,延长墙体的使用年限;2.改善墙体的使用功能,提高墙体的保温、隔热、隔音等功能;3.提高建筑的艺术效果,美化环境。然而,现有的装饰墙系统并没有布线的功能。同时,也没有相关的工艺及方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题为提供一种装饰墙系统的施工方法,旨在解决现有技术中将电线埋在房屋的主体结构中,从而在维修管线时会损害主体结构的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是这样实现的,一种装饰墙系统的施工方法,包括:
S10、制备若干块装饰板;
S11、制备布线件,包括布线件主体及线槽盖板,于所述布线主体上开设或形成贯穿其长度方向的线槽,然后于所述布线主体两侧面的位置开设或形成卡扣结构,于所述线槽盖板上制作出与所述线槽槽口相卡扣的结构,于线槽的槽壁沿嵌置电线的长度方向开设有若干间隔;
S12、确定需要的电线类型,并制备或购买电线;
S13、将装饰板、布线件及电线运输至施工现场;
S14、将电线从布线件主体的线槽的槽口压入线槽内,或者,从所述线槽两端的端口穿入所述线槽内,然后将所述线槽盖板卡扣于所述线槽的槽口上,组成装有电线的布线件;
S15、根据预先设计的安装位置,将若干装饰板横向排布固定在墙体上,相邻两块所述装饰板之间留有用于嵌置布线件的竖向空隙,然后将装有电线的布线件嵌置于所述竖向空隙内;
S16、在布线件远离墙体的侧面贴上墙纸。
进一步地,所述步骤S10中,制备的一块装饰板具体为一块整板或若干块子装饰板;
所述步骤15具体为:根据预先设计的安装位置,将若干装饰板横向排布固定在墙体上,相邻两块所述装饰板之间留有用于嵌置布线件的竖向空隙,将装饰板中的若干块子装饰板竖向排布固定在墙体上,相邻两块所述子装饰板之间留有用于嵌置布线件的横向空隙,然后将装有电线的布线件嵌置于所述竖向空隙及所述横向空隙内。

通过线路与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,线路及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

如图1所示,为本发明实施例提供的一种装饰墙系统的施工方法,包括以下步骤:
S10、制备若干块装饰板1;
具体地,步骤S10中,制备装饰板及装饰板固定件的方法可以采用以下两种方法,其中,方法一:预先制备出与装饰板及装饰板固定件的形状相配合的金属模具,然后采用塑料材料并结合所述金属模具注塑出装饰板及装饰板固定件。方法二:对板状的型材进行切割,得到装饰板及装饰板固定件。

进一步地,为了节省材料,线槽的槽壁可沿嵌入电线的长度方向开设若干间隔,如图5。
S12、确定需要的电线类型,并制备或购买电线3;
本实施例中,电线包括弱电电线、强电电线中的一种或以上两种电线。
上述的弱电电线以及强电电线是以电压分界的,工作电压在交流24V以上为强电,以下为弱电。强电电线一般指交流电电压在 24V以上的输电导线。弱电电线包括网线、电话线、有线电视线中的一种或至少两种。强电电线包括火线、零线、地线等。
S13、将装饰板1、布线件2及电线3运输至施工现场;
S14、将电线3从布线件主体21的线槽的槽口压入线槽内,或者,从线槽两端的端口穿入线槽内,然后将线槽盖板卡扣于线槽的槽口上,组成装有电线3的布线件2;
S15、根据预先设计的安装位置,将若干装饰板1横向排布固定在墙体100上,相邻两块装饰板1之间留有用于嵌置布线件2的竖向空隙,然后将装有电线3的布线件2嵌置于竖向空隙内;
S16、在布线件2远离墙体100的侧面贴上墙纸。
具体的,装饰板1可以是一块整板或多块子装饰板11。
步骤15具体为:根据预先设计的安装位置,将若干装饰板横向排布固定在墙体上,相邻两块所述装饰板之间留有用于嵌置布线件的竖向空隙,将装饰板中的若干块子装饰板竖向排布固定在墙体上,相邻两块所述子装饰板之间留有用于嵌置布线件的横向空隙,然后将装有电线的布线件嵌置于所述竖向空隙及所述横向空隙内。
通常的,布线件2均竖向排布,从上方向下或从下方向上引到窗口处。该窗口为插座、网线端口、电视线端口等。
但当需要改动窗口位置或增加窗口时,可选择横向排布布线件。具体地,首先根据窗口的类型选择需要强电电线或弱电电线,此处以需要强电电线为例来说明;然后在窗口改动后位置的水平位置,横向排布装有强电电线的布线件2并与已有的竖向排布的装有强电电线的布线件2连接,并横向排布至窗口的位置,进而直接横向将强电电线引至窗口改动后的位置,不必再从上方或下方将装有强电电线的布线件2引到窗口改动后的位置,有效地节约了电线及布线件的成本,也提高了增加窗口或改换窗口位置的效率。可以理解的,上述窗口需设置于相邻两块子装饰板11之间的横向空隙内。
优选的,本发明中的装饰板1可选用PVC发泡木塑材料,该PVC发泡木塑材料通过如下重量配比的原料生产加工而成:聚氯乙烯(PVC):70份;木质化植物纤维:10-15份;活性轻钙:25-30份;锌钙复合稳定剂:4-6份,复配型发泡剂:4-6份,润滑剂OPE蜡:3-5份;复合润滑剂:2-4份,发泡调节剂:10-15份,将上述的混合物通过混合机混合均匀后直接加入到螺杆挤出机中,在175~190℃挤出成型即可。需要说明的是,本实施例中的装饰板1不限于使用木塑材料,还可使用纤维混凝土板、硅钙板等其它材料。
本实施例的装饰墙系统的施工方法,将电线安装在相邻两块装饰板之间的空隙内,克服了现有技术中将电线埋在房屋的主体结构中的问题,实现了支撑体与填充体的分离,降低了电线检修的难度和成本。
通过线路与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,线路及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

S14、将电线从布线件主体的线槽的槽口压入线槽内,或者,从所述线槽两端的端口穿入所述线槽内,然后将所述线槽盖板卡扣于所述线槽的槽口上,组成装有电线的布线件;
S15、根据预先设计的安装位置,将若干装饰板横向排布固定在墙体上,相邻两块所述装饰板之间留有用于嵌置布线件的竖向空隙,然后将装有电线的布线件嵌置于所述竖向空隙内;
S16、在布线件远离墙体的侧面贴上墙纸。 - 如权利要求1所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S10中,制备的一块装饰板具体为一块整板或若干块子装饰板;
所述步骤15具体为:根据预先设计的安装位置,将若干装饰板横向排布固定在墙体上,相邻两块所述装饰板之间留有用于嵌置布线件的竖向空隙,将装饰板中的若干块子装饰板竖向排布固定在墙体上,相邻两块所述子装饰板之间留有用于嵌置布线件的横向空隙,然后将装有电线的布线件嵌置于所述竖向空隙及所述横向空隙内。 - 如权利要求2所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S13中,所述电线包括强电电线及弱电电线;
所述步骤S14具体为:将强电电线从所述线槽的槽口压入线槽内,或者,从所述线槽两端的端口穿入所述线槽内,然后将所述线槽盖板卡扣于所述线槽的槽口上,组成装有强电电线的布线件;
将弱电电线从所述线槽的槽口压入线槽内,或者,从所述线槽两端的端口穿入所述线槽内,然后将所述线槽盖板卡扣于所述线槽的槽口上,组成装有弱电电线的布线件。 - 如权利要求1所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S10具体为:
预先制备出与所述装饰板及装饰板固定件的形状相配合的金属模具,然后采用塑料材料并结合所述金属模具注塑出所述装饰板及装饰板固定件。 - 如权利要求1所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S10具体为:
对板状的型材进行切割,得到装饰板及装饰板固定件。 - 如权利要求1所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S11中,开设或形成的线槽的槽口宽度小于槽内空间的宽度。
- 如权利要求1至6任一项所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述装饰板采用PVC发泡木塑材料制成,所述PVC发泡木塑材料通过如下重量配比的原料生产加工而成:聚氯乙烯(PVC):70份;木质化植物纤维:10-15份;活性轻钙:25-30份;锌钙复合稳定剂:4-6份,复配型发泡剂:4-6份,润滑剂OPE蜡:3-5份;复合润滑剂:2-4份,发泡调节剂:10-15份。
