Description

一种将踢脚线系统安装于墙板上的施工方法
本发明属于建筑施工技术领域,尤其涉及一种将踢脚线系统安装于墙板上的施工方法。
推动建筑产业现代化最重要的是要促进建设发展方式的转变,必须要摆脱传统建造的模式,寻求一种建筑产业现代化为目标的发展路径。
目前,国内水电施工多采用预埋方式,设备管线,如弱电电线与强电电线等线缆多预埋于主体结构墙板和楼板中,然而设备及线缆使用年限一般在10-20年左右,在房屋使用年限内需要多次更换,导致多次破坏主体结构,降低房屋使用寿命。另外,在进行内装修改时,也需要破坏主体结构,重新铺设管线,降低了房屋耐久性。
可见,传统水电预埋方法,维修时需要破坏主体结构,且维修难度较大,成本高,维修效率较低;同时,维修时产生大量建筑垃圾及噪音污染,会对楼下用户影响较大。由于主体结构受到损害,不利于后期内装修改,改修成本及耗时较长,此外,由于线缆采用预埋方式,线缆与主体结构形成一体,线缆与结构主体不便分离,不利于后期户型修改,难以满足居住者多样化及灵活化的需求。
踢脚线是装修时用的专用词语。在居室设计中,阴角线、腰线、踢脚线起着视觉的平衡作用,利用它们的线形感觉及材质、色彩等在室内相互呼应,可以起到较好的美化装饰效果。踢脚线的另一个作用是它的保护功能。踢脚线,顾名思义就是脚踢得着的墙面区域,所以较易受到冲击。做踢脚线可以更好地使墙体和地面之间结合牢固,减少墙体变形,避免外力碰撞造成破坏。另外,踢脚线也比较容易擦洗,如果拖地溅上脏水,擦洗非常方便。然而,现有的踢脚线并没有布线功能,同时,也没有相关的工艺及方法。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种将踢脚线系统安装于墙板上的施工方法,旨在解决现有技术中采用预埋方式将电线线路设置于主体结构中所导致的线路维修时会损害主体结构,且维修麻烦,噪音大的问题。
本发明实施例提供了一种将踢脚线系统安装于墙板上的施工方法,包括以下步骤:
S10、制备踢脚线主体,于所述踢脚线主体上开设或形成贯穿其长度方向的线槽,然后于所述踢脚线主体两侧面的位置开设或形成卡扣结构;
S11、制备踢脚线盖子,于所述踢脚线盖子上制作出与所述踢脚线主体侧面的卡扣结构相卡扣的结构;
S12、确定需要的线缆类型,并制备或购买线缆;
S13、将所述踢脚线主体、踢脚线盖子以及线缆运输至施工现场;
S14、将所述线缆从所述线槽的槽口压入线槽内,或者,从所述线槽两端的端口穿入所述线槽内;
S15、将所述踢脚线盖子盖罩于所述踢脚线主体上,并使两者形成卡扣连接,即制作出所述踢脚线系统;
S16、将所述踢脚线系统的踢脚线主体的底面固定在墙板底部的侧面上。
进一步地,所述的步骤S10之后,还包括以下步骤:将所述线槽盖卡扣于所述线槽的槽口上;所述的步骤S14之后,还包括以下步骤:将所述线槽卡扣于所述线槽的槽口上。
进一步地,所述的步骤S10中,制备踢脚线主体包括以下步骤:

通过线路与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,线路及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

如图1所示,为本发明的较佳实施例,提供了一种将踢脚线系统100安装于墙板上的施工方法,包括以下步骤:

具体地,上述的步骤S10中,制备踢脚线主体10的方法可以采用以下两种方法,其中,方法一:预先制备出与所述踢脚线主体10的形状相配合的金属模具,然后采用塑料材料并结合所述金属模具注塑出所述踢脚线主体10。方法二:于一块板状的型材上切割出线槽,然后于所述型材的侧面上切割出卡扣结构,即制得所述踢脚线主体10。
实施例为踢脚线主体10的制作材料提供了一种优选的材料,该材料的配方包括一定量的PVC(聚氯乙烯)基体树脂、与PVC基体树脂质量相同的木材粉末、PVC基体树脂质量的1.5%-2%的发泡剂、PVC基体树脂质量的40%的碳酸钙、PVC基体树脂质量的4%的稳定剂以及PVC基体树脂质量的0.7%-1%的润滑剂,通过该材料制作的踢脚线主体10具有一定的结构强度,有效地保证了产品的耐用性,并且其质量较轻,便于生产和安装。
为了防止线缆出现松脱现象,上述步骤S10中,开设或形成的线槽的槽口宽度小于槽内空间的宽度。优化地,线槽的槽壁具有弹性,以便线缆能通过按压的方式嵌入于线槽内。
具体地,请参见图4及图5,为了使线缆得到更好的密封,上述步骤S10之后,还包括以下步骤:
制备线槽盖,于所述线槽盖上制作出与所述线槽槽口相卡扣的结构,当需要盖罩不同尺寸的线槽时,可以根据不同尺寸的线槽制作线槽盖,本实施例中,制作第一线槽盖11以及第二线槽盖12;并且,在步骤S14之后,将所述第一线槽盖11以及第二线槽盖12卡扣于所述第一线槽101以及第二线槽102的槽口上。
本实施例的第一线槽101以及第二线槽102的槽侧壁可以是连续延伸的,也可以是不连续的,请参见图6,示出了于第一线槽101的侧壁上开设或形成若干个沿线槽的长度方向分布的空隙,从而在实现固定线缆的同时,可以节省材料。
当需要安装两种线缆时,本实施例可以于第一线槽101与第二线槽102内装入弱电电线、强电电线或以上两种电线。
请参见图7,以下为同时装入弱电电线以及强电电线的施工方法:制备或购买线缆包括弱电电线2以及强电电线3,所述步骤S14中,将所述弱电电线2从所述第一线槽101的槽口压入第一线槽101内,或者,从所述第一线槽101两端的端口穿入所述第一线槽101内。将所述强电电线3从所述第二线槽102的槽口压入第二线槽102内,或者,从所述第二线槽102两端的端口穿入所述第二线槽102内。
请参见图8,以下为同时装入两种不同类型的弱电电线2的施工方法:制备或购买线缆包括第一类弱电电线21以及第二类弱电电线22,所述步骤S14中,将所述第一类弱电电线21从所述第一线槽101的槽口压入第一线槽101内,或者,从所述第一线槽101两端的端口穿入所述第一线槽101内;将所述第二类弱电电线21从所述第二线槽102的槽口压入第二线槽102内,或者,从所述第二线槽102两端的端口穿入所述第二线槽102内。
请参见图9,以下为同时装入两种不同类型的强电电线3的施工方法:制备或购买线缆包括规格不同的第一强电电线31以及第二强电电线32,所述步骤S14中,将所述第一强电电线31从所述第一线槽101的槽口压入第一线槽101内,或者,从所述第一线槽101两端的端口穿入所述第一线槽101内;将所述第二强电电线32从所述第二线槽102的槽口压入第二线槽102内,或者,从所述第二线槽102两端的端口穿入所述第二线槽102内。
本实施例不限定踢脚线系统与墙板的具体固定方式,可以采用粘接、卡扣连接或者螺钉连接的方式。
以下为采用卡扣连接的施工步骤:
请参见图10,将所述踢脚线主体10的底面通过卡扣组件4安装在墙板200的底部侧面上。
以下为采用螺钉5连接的施工步骤:
请参见图11,于所述踢脚线主体10上错开所述线槽的位置开设螺纹孔,将所述踢脚线主体10底部贴紧墙板200底部的侧面,最后往所述螺纹孔内拧入螺钉5,使所述踢脚线主体10连同其上嵌置的线缆一起安装于墙板200底部的侧面上,最后,将所述踢脚线盖子13盖罩于所述踢脚线主体10上。
本实施例的施工方法能将线缆以及踢脚线集合成一个系统,然后再安装于墙板200上,实现了线路与主体结构分离。克服了传统预埋线路维修时需开凿楼板、墙体的弊端,减少对结构主体的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。
通过线路与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,线路及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种将踢脚线系统安装于墙板上的施工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S10、制备踢脚线主体,于所述踢脚线主体上开设或形成贯穿其长度方向的线槽,然后于所述踢脚线主体两侧面的位置开设或形成卡扣结构;
    S11、制备踢脚线盖子,于所述踢脚线盖子上制作出与所述踢脚线主体侧面的卡扣结构相卡扣的结构;
    S12、确定需要的线缆类型,并制备或购买线缆;
    S13、将所述踢脚线主体、踢脚线盖子以及线缆运输至施工现场;
    S14、将所述线缆从所述线槽的槽口压入线槽内,或者,从所述线槽两端的端口穿入所述线槽内;
    S15、将所述踢脚线盖子盖罩于所述踢脚线主体上,并使两者形成卡扣连接,即制作出所述踢脚线系统;
    S16、将所述踢脚线系统的踢脚线主体的底面固定在墙板底部的侧面上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤S10之后,还包括以下步骤:将所述线槽盖卡扣于所述线槽的槽口上;所述的步骤S14之后,还包括以下步骤:将所述线槽卡扣于所述线槽的槽口上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤S10中,制备踢脚线主体包括以下步骤:
    制备所述踢脚线主体的材料,所述材料包括一定量的PVC基体树脂、与PVC基体树脂质量相同的木材粉末、PVC基体树脂质量的1.5%-2%的发泡剂、PVC基体树脂质量的40%的碳酸钙、PVC基体树脂质量的4%的稳定剂以及PVC基体树脂质量的0.7%-1%的润滑剂;
    制备出与所述踢脚线主体的形状相配合的金属模具,然后采用所述材料并结合所述金属模具注塑出所述踢脚线主体。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤S10中,制备踢脚线主体包括以下步骤:
    于一块板状的型材上切割出线槽,然后于所述型材的侧面上切割出卡扣结构,即制得所述踢脚线主体。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S10中,于所述踢脚线主体上开设或形成贯穿其长度方向的线槽包括相互隔离且大小不同的第一线槽以及第二线槽;并制备出与所述第一线槽以及第二线槽分别配合的第一线槽盖以及第二线槽盖。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S10中,于线槽的侧壁上开设或形成若干个沿线槽长度方向分布的空隙。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S12中,制备或购买线缆包括弱电电线以及强电电线,所述步骤S14中,将所述弱电电线从所述第一线槽的槽口压入第一线槽内,或者,从所述第一线槽两端的端口穿入所述第一线槽内;将所述强电电线从所述第二线槽的槽口压入第二线槽内,或者,从所述第二线槽两端的端口穿入所述第二线槽内。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S12中,制备或购买线缆包括第一类弱电电线以及第二类弱电电线,所述步骤S14中,将所述第一类弱电电线从所述第一线槽的槽口压入第一线槽内,或者,从所述第一线槽两端的端口穿入所述第一线槽内;将所述第二类弱电电线从所述第二线槽的槽口压入第二线槽内,或者,从所述第二线槽两端的端口穿入所述第二线槽内。
  9. 如权利要求5所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S12中,制备或购买线缆包括规格不同的第一强电电线以及第二强电电线,所述步骤S14中,将所述第一强电电线从所述第一线槽的槽口压入第一线槽内,或者,从所述第一线槽两端的端口穿入所述第一线槽内;将所述第二强电电线从所述第二线槽的槽口压入第二线槽内,或者,从所述第二线槽两端的端口穿入所述第二线槽内。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S15与S16可替换为以下步骤:
    于所述踢脚线主体上错开所述线槽的位置开设螺纹孔,将所述踢脚线主体底部贴紧墙板底部的侧面,最后往所述螺纹孔内拧入螺钉,使所述踢脚线主体连同其上嵌置的线缆一起安装于墙板底部的侧面上,最后,将所述踢脚线盖子盖罩于所述踢脚线主体上。
