背景技术
显示装置以电视机为例,目前行业中都以追求超薄为目标,通常超薄地方是电视机的左侧、右侧和天侧三边超薄,现有电视厚度在约4.9mm级别以下的产品中,背板上的连接螺钉显露在外端,严重影响外观,需要设计一种在左侧、右侧和天侧三边超薄地方外端无螺钉显露的电视机,该电视机外观优美,将在市场上有很大的优势。
实用新型内容
本申请的主要目的是提出一种显示装置,旨在设计一种在三边超薄地方外端无螺钉显露的显示装置。

可选地,所述翻折边的前表面距离所述背板的前表面的距离为H,所述背板的厚度为t,且t<H≤1.5t。
可选地,所述安装孔呈前大后小的台阶孔设置,所述螺接件的头部沉设于所述安装孔的前段内。
可选地,每一所述安装凸板的后表面凸设形成一加强凸台,所述安装孔设置在所述安装凸板设有所述加强凸台的位置,且贯穿所述加强凸台设置;

本申请提出一种显示装置,显示装置可以是显示器、电脑一体机、超薄电视等,以下将以超薄电视为例进行介绍,图1至图2为现有技术中显示装置的示意图,图3至图11为本申请提供的显示装置的一实施例的示意图。
在图1至图2中,现有技术显示装置结构中,螺接件从后面穿过设于所述背板的通孔安装于所述中框上,整体外观上,显示装置会在上侧、左侧及右侧显示螺钉,外观质量不佳。
请一并参阅图3至图9,所述显示装置100包括背板1、中框2、多个螺接件3及屏面板4,其中,所述中框2包括依次相连的三个边框21,每一所述边框21包括边框主体211、以及自所述边框主体211的内侧面延伸出的安装凸板22,所述三个边框21的安装凸板22的前表面均贯设有安装孔221,所述背板1与所述中框2的后端口相配合,且所述背板1在与所述三个边框21对应处分别向前且向内翻折形成的三个翻折边11,所述三个翻折边11对应抵接至所述三个边框21的安装凸板22,每一所述翻折边11在与所述安装凸板22上的安装孔221对应处设有螺纹孔12,所述多个螺接件3对应穿过所述多个安装孔221安装于所述多个螺纹孔12中,所述屏面板4与所述中框2的前端口配合且贴接于所述安装凸板22的前表面上。
本申请提供的技术方案中,所述中框2的三个安装凸板22的前表面上均设有安装孔221,所述背板1的三个翻折边11对应相应的所述安装凸板22上的安装孔221设有螺纹孔12,多个所述螺接件3对应从前穿过设于所述中框2上的安装孔221安装于所述螺纹孔12中,实现了所述背板1与所述中框2的固定连接,所述螺接件3位于所述显示装置100内,在所述显示装置100的上侧、左侧及右侧的背板1上无螺接件3外漏,实现了三边外观无螺钉显示,具有较好的外观效果。
所述背板1的翻折边11的翻折高度是影响所述显示装置100厚度尺寸的因素,本申请提供的实施例中,请参阅图3,所述翻折边11的前表面距离所述背板1的前表面的距离为H,所述背板1的厚度为t,且t<H≤1.5t,在满足所述背板1可以折弯的前提下,尽量减少所述距离H的值,以实现显示装置100的整体超薄。
为了尽量减小所述螺接件3在所述显示装置100内的占有空间,本申请提供的实施例中,请参阅图4和图9,所述安装孔221呈前大后小的台阶孔设置,所述螺接件3的头部沉设于所述安装孔221的前段内,所述螺接件3在固定所述背板1及所述中框2时,不会增加整个显示装置100的厚度,为实现显示装置100的超薄作铺垫。
进一步地,在所述显示装置100的超薄结构中,为了加强所述安装孔221的连接强度,每一所述安装凸板22的后表面凸设形成一加强凸台222,所述安装孔221设置在所述安装凸板22设有所述加强凸台222的位置,且贯穿所述加强凸台222设置,每一所述翻折边11抵接于对应的所述安装凸板22的加强凸台222,增加了所述背板1与所述中框2的连接强度。

进一步地,所述背板1的翻折边11长度也影响着光学膜片受热膨胀空间大小,本申请提供的实施例中,所述翻折边11的内侧端面与所述加强凸台222的内侧端面齐平;或者,所述翻折边11的内侧端面位于所述加强凸台222的内侧端面的外侧,尽量保证光学膜片热膨胀空间的大小,使得光学膜片膨胀后可以向周边扩散。
更进一步地,光学膜片在高度方向上的热膨胀较明显,需要在所述显示装置100的上侧提供更多的膨胀空间,本申请提供的实施例中,请参阅图6和图7,设于所述背板1的上侧部的所述翻折边11包括多段翻折段111,相邻所述翻折段111之间形成让位缺口112,用于提供显示装置100中的光学膜片受热膨胀空间。
为了更优化所述显示装置100的外观,本申请提供的实施例中,所述屏面板4的前表面与所述三个边框21的前表面平齐,所述背板1的后表面与所述三个边框21的后表面平齐,使得在所述背板1与所述中框2的结合过渡处及所述中框2与所述屏面板4的结合过渡处不会有突凸的感觉,外观一致性较好。另外,整个所述显示装置100的厚度即为所述背板1厚度、背板1翻边厚度、安装凸板22厚度及屏面板4的厚度之和,使所述显示装置100具有较好的超薄效果。
请参阅图3,本申请提供的实施例中,所述显示装置100还包括下前框6、散热器7及后壳8,其中,所述下前框6安装于所述屏面板4的下端前表面,所述后壳8安装于所述背板1的下端后表面,所述后壳8与所述背板1围合形成容纳腔(图未示),所述散热器7设于所述容纳腔(图未示)内,将所述背板1、中框2、屏面板4、光学模组5、下前框6、散热器7及后壳8装配完成,即完成所述显示装置100的安装。
本申请提供的实施例中,所述显示装置100还包括双面胶9,安装于所述中框2的三个安装凸板22与所述屏面板4之间,以使所述屏面板4贴接于三个所述安装凸板22上,通过所述双面胶9实现所述屏面板4与所述安装凸板22的粘结,方便结构的安装。
请一并参阅图3、图10和图11,所述显示装置100详细的安装过程如下:
1、将所述背钣1与所述散热器7通过螺接件3紧固;
2、将所述背板1平放搁置在安装平台上,所述背板1的前面朝上;
3、用螺接件3安装所述中框2至所述背板1的前面上,形成所述显示装置100;
4、将所述光学模组5安置于显示装置100的安装腔401内;
5、将所述屏面板4贴接于所述中框2的安装凸板22上;
6、安装下前框6至所述屏面板4的下端前表面;
7、翻转整个显示装置180°,所述屏面板4的前表面朝下;
8、在所述散热器7上安装相关的电子硬件;
9、盖合所述后壳8。
以上所述仅为本申请的优选实施例,并非因此限制本申请的专利范围,凡是在本申请的构思下,利用本申请说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本申请的专利保护范围内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种显示装置,其中,包括:
    中框,包括依次相连的三个边框,每一所述边框包括边框主体、以及自所述边框主体的内侧面延伸出的安装凸板,所述三个边框的安装凸板的前侧面均贯设有安装孔;
    背板,与所述中框的后端口相配合,且所述背板在与所述三个边框对应处分别向前且向内翻折形成三个翻折边,所述三个翻折边对应抵接至所述三个边框的安装凸板,每一所述翻折边在与所述安装凸板上的安装孔对应处设有螺纹孔;
    多个螺接件,对应穿过所述多个安装孔安装于所述多个螺纹孔;
    屏面板,与所述中框的前端口配合且贴接于所述安装凸板的前表面上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述翻折边的前表面距离所述背板的前表面的距离为H,所述背板的厚度为t,且t<H≤1.5t。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述安装孔呈前大后小的台阶孔设置,所述螺接件的头部沉设于所述安装孔的前段内。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,每一所述安装凸板的后表面凸设形成一加强凸台,所述安装孔设置在所述安装凸板设有所述加强凸台的位置,且贯穿所述加强凸台设置;
    每一所述翻折边抵接于对应的所述安装凸板的加强凸台。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的显示装置,其中,每一所述安装凸板的内侧端呈前凸而后凹的台阶设置。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的显示装置,其中,所述翻折边的内侧端面与所述加强凸台的内侧端面齐平;或者,
    所述翻折边的内侧端面位于所述加强凸台的内侧端面的外侧。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,设于所述背板的上侧部的所述翻折边包括多段翻折段,相邻所述翻折段之间形成让位缺口。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,还包括:
    下前框,安装于所述屏面板的下端前表面;
    后壳,安装于所述背板的下端后表面,所述后壳与所述背板围合形成容纳腔;以及,
    散热器,设于所述容纳腔内。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,还包括双面胶,安装于所述中框的三个安装凸板与所述屏面板之间,以使所述屏面板贴接于三个所述安装凸板上。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,还包括光学模组,所述光学模组安装于所述中框内,且位于所述背板和所述屏面板之间;
    所述光学模组包括从后向前依次分布的反射片、导光板、增光片及扩散片。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述背板的后表面与所述三个边框的后表面平齐设置。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示装置为显示器、电脑一体机、超薄电视中的一种。
