酸無水物としてs-BPDA、ジアミンとしてDMDを用い(s-BPDA:DMD=1:1(モル比))、NMP中、180℃で12時間重合させてイミド化が完結したポリイミド溶液を得た。この溶液を水中に分散させ、析出させたポリイミドを濾別した。水洗及び濾別を3回繰り返し、回収したポリイミドを150℃で24時間乾燥させて電極用バインダー樹脂を得た。この樹脂の融点は190℃であった。
得られた電極用バインダー樹脂3gに珪素粉末7g及びヘキサン90gを添加して混錬し、電極合剤ペーストを調製した。このペーストを銅箔に塗布し、常圧、窒素雰囲気下の熱風乾燥機にて120℃で60分間加熱処理した後、250℃で熱プレスして電極を作製した。この電極について付着性試験を行った結果、付着性は分類0であった。
実施例1で得られた電極用バインダー樹脂3gにカルボキシメチルセルロース1g、珪素粉末7g及び水90gを添加して混錬し、電極合剤ペーストを調製した。このペーストを用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして電極を作製した。この電極について付着性試験を行った結果、付着性は分類0であった。
酸無水物をODPAに変更した以外は実施例1と同様にして電極用バインダー樹脂を得た。この樹脂の融点は150℃であった。この電極用バインダー樹脂を用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして電極を作製した。この電極について付着性試験を行った結果、付着性は分類0であった。
酸無水物としてa-BPDA及びPEPA、ジアミンとしてTPE-R及びMPDを用いた(a-BPDA:PEPA:TPE-R:MPD=1:2:1:1(モル比))以外は実施例1と同様にして電極用バインダー樹脂を得た。この樹脂の融点は175℃であった。この電極用バインダー樹脂を用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして電極を作製した。この電極について付着性試験を行った結果、付着性は分類0であった。
酸無水物としてODPA及びPETA、ジアミンとしてHMDを用いた(ODPA:PETA:HMD=1:2:2(モル比))以外は実施例1と同様にして電極用バインダー樹脂を得た。この樹脂の融点は170℃であった。この電極用バインダー樹脂を用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして電極を作製した。この電極について付着性試験を行った結果、付着性は分類0であった。
酸無水物としてODPA、s-BPDA及びPETA、ジアミンとしてODA、PPDを用いた(ODPA:s-BPDA:PETA:ODA:PPD=5:5:20:14:6(モル比))以外は実施例1と同様にして電極用バインダー樹脂を得た。この樹脂の融点は250℃であった。この電極用バインダー樹脂を用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして電極を作製した。この電極について付着性試験を行った結果、付着性は分類0であった。
酸無水物としてs-BPDA、ジアミンとしてPPDをNMP中、180℃で12時間重合させ、イミド化が完結したポリイミド分散NMP溶液を得た。析出したポリイミドを濾別した後、水洗及び濾別を3回繰り返し実施し、回収したポリイミドを150℃で24時間乾燥させてポリイミド粉末を得た。この樹脂の融点を測定したが、融点は観測されなかった。
得られたポリイミド粉末3gに珪素粉末7g及びヘキサン90gを添加して混錬し、電極合剤ペーストを調製した。このペーストを銅箔に塗布し、常圧、窒素雰囲気下の熱風乾燥機にて120℃で60分間加熱処理した後、350℃で熱プレスしたが、電極合剤層と銅箔が接着しなかったため電極は作製できなかった。
酸無水物としてPMDA、ジアミンとしてODAをNMP中、180℃で12時間重合させ、イミド化が完結したポリイミド分散NMP溶液を得た。析出したポリイミドを濾別した後、水洗及び濾別を3回繰り返し実施し、回収したポリイミドを150℃で24時間乾燥させてポリイミド粉末を得た。この樹脂の融点を測定したが、融点は観測されなかった。

SBR3gに珪素粉末7g及びヘキサン90gを添加して混錬し、電極合剤ペーストを調製した。このペーストを塗布した銅箔を、常圧、窒素ガス雰囲気下の熱風乾燥機にて120℃で60分間加熱処理した後、250℃で熱プレスして電極を作製した。この電極について付着性試験を行った結果、付着性は分類4であり、接着性は悪かった。
Claims (15)
- 融点が300℃以下であるポリイミド系樹脂からなる電極用バインダー樹脂。
- 前記ポリイミド系樹脂が、テトラカルボン酸成分とジアミン成分とから得られるポリイミドであって、テトラカルボン酸成分またはジアミン成分の少なくとも一方が、脂肪族化合物を50モル%以上含むポリイミドを含む、請求項1に記載の電極用バインダー樹脂。
- 前記ポリイミド系樹脂が、平均重合度が50以下であるイミドオリゴマーの少なくとも一方の末端に付加反応基を有する付加反応性イミドオリゴマーを含む、請求項1に記載の電極用バインダー樹脂。
- 前記付加反応基が、フェニルエチニル基、またはアセチレン結合を含む基である、請求項5に記載の電極用バインダー樹脂。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の電極用バインダー樹脂を含む電極用バインダー樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の電極用バインダー樹脂と、電極活物質と、溶剤とを含む電極合剤ペースト。
- 前記溶剤が、非極性溶剤である、請求項9に記載の電極合剤ペースト。
- 固体電解質をさらに含む、請求項9または10に記載の電極合剤ペースト。
- 請求項9~11のいずれか1項に記載の電極合剤ペーストを、金属箔からなる集電体の表面に塗布する工程と、
塗布した電極合剤ペーストを、電極合剤ペーストに含まれるポリイミド系樹脂の融点以上、350℃以下の温度で熱処理する工程と
を有することを特徴とする電極の製造方法。 - 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の電極用バインダー樹脂と、電極活物質とを含む電極合剤層を有する電極。
- 前記電極合剤層が、金属箔からなる集電体の表面に形成されている、請求項13に記載の電極。
- 前記電極合剤層が、固体電解質をさらに含む、請求項13または14に記載の電極。
