一种砖坯运送装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种砖坯运送装置。
背景技术
砖坯从砖坯机出来后,需要运送到晾晒场晾干或者烘干室进行烘干,查un同的方法需要人工将砖坯转移到运送小车上,费时费力,效率低下,且人工搬运,砖坯的损坏率较高。
发明内容
本发明目的在于:为了解决上述背景技术中的现有技术存在的问题,提供省时省力,砖坯损坏率低的砖坯运送装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种砖坯运送装置,包括:
输送带A;
齿轮A:设于所述输送带尾端的导辊的一端;
运送小车:其车板为输送带B;
传动齿轮组:设于所述运送小车的头端,所述传动齿轮组连接至所述输送带B的驱动辊,当所述传动齿轮组与所述齿轮A啮合时,所述输送带B与所述输送带A头尾想接且二者运转方向一致。
进一步的:所述传动齿轮组包括:
齿轮B:设于所述输送带B4的驱动辊的端部;
齿轮C:与所述齿轮B41啮合;
齿轮D:固定于所述齿轮C的一侧且二者同心设置,当所述输送带B与所述输送带A头尾想接时,所述齿轮D与所述齿轮A啮合;
所述齿轮A与所述齿轮D的轮径比等于所述齿轮B与所述齿轮C的轮径比。
进一步的::所述输送带A与所述输送带B倾斜角度一致。
进一步的::所述输送带A与所述输送带B均水平设置。
本发明的有益效果是:
将小车接近输送带A,传动齿轮组与齿轮A啮合,小车上的输送带B与输送带A实现同步同向转动,砖坯直接从输送带A转移到小车上,无需人力搬运,省时省力,效率大大提高。
无需人工搬运,砖坯的损坏率大大降低。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1、图2所示,一种砖坯运送装置,包括:输送带A1;齿轮A2:设于所述输送带1尾端的导辊的一端;运送小车3:其车板为输送带B5;传动齿轮组4:设于所述运送小车3的头端,所述传动齿轮组4连接至所述输送带B5的驱动辊,当所述传动齿轮组4与所述齿轮A2啮合时,所述输送带B5与所述输送带A1头尾想接且二者运转方向一致。
所述传动齿轮组4包括:齿轮B41:设于所述输送带B4的驱动辊的端部;齿轮C42:与所述齿轮B41啮合;齿轮D43:固定于所述齿轮C42的一侧且二者 同心设置,当所述输送带B5与所述输送带A1头尾想接时,所述齿轮D43与所述齿轮A2啮合;所述齿轮A2与所述齿轮D43的轮径比等于所述齿轮B41与所述齿轮C42的轮径比。所述输送带A1与所述输送带B5倾斜角度一致。所述输送带A1与所述输送带B5均水平设置。
砖坯从砖坯机出来后,通过输送带A1传输,用小车接近输送带A1时,传动齿轮组4与齿轮A啮合,输送带A1带动输送带B5一起转动,因为传动齿轮组4中所述齿轮A2与所述齿轮D43的轮径比等于所述齿轮B41与所述齿轮C42的轮径比,因此输送带A1与输送带B5速度一致,砖坯无需人工搬运,即可从输送带A1转移到输送带B5上,再通过小车将砖坯运送到相应的地方,省时省力,工作效率大大提高。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种砖坯运送装置,其特征在于,包括:
    输送带A(1);
    齿轮A(2):设于所述输送带(1)尾端的导辊的一端;
    运送小车(3):其车板为输送带B(5);
    传动齿轮组(4):设于所述运送小车(3)的头端,所述传动齿轮组(4)连接至所述输送带B(5)的驱动辊,当所述传动齿轮组(4)与所述齿轮A(2)啮合时,所述输送带B(5)与所述输送带A(1)头尾想接且二者运转方向一致。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种砖坯运送装置,其特征在于:所述传动齿轮组(4)包括:
    齿轮B(41):设于所述输送带B(4)的驱动辊的端部;
    齿轮C(42):与所述齿轮B(41)啮合;
    齿轮D(43):固定于所述齿轮C(42)的一侧且二者同心设置,当所述输送带B(5)与所述输送带A(1)头尾想接时,所述齿轮D(43)与所述齿轮A(2)啮合;
    所述齿轮A(2)与所述齿轮D(43)的轮径比等于所述齿轮B(41)与所述齿轮C(42)的轮径比。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种砖坯运送装置,其特征在于:所述输送带A(1)与所述输送带B(5)倾斜角度一致。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种砖坯运送装置,其特征在于:所述输送带A(1)与所述输送带B(5)均水平设置。
