Le système consiste : à enregistrer une unité de trafic préétablie dans un flux vidéo et une dépense correspondant à l'unité de trafic (S101) ; à enregistrer un compte de dépôt associé à un compte d'utilisateur (S102) ; à détecter un trafic reçu par un utilisateur (S103) ; lorsque le trafic reçu par l'utilisateur est une unité de trafic, à soustraire une dépense correspondant à l'unité de trafic en cours du compte de dépôt (S104) ; à déterminer si un solde du compte de dépôt est supérieur ou non à une dépense correspondant à l'unité de trafic suivante (S105) ; si tel est le cas, à continuer de transmettre le flux vidéo (S106) ; autrement, à arrêter la transmission du flux vidéo et à envoyer des informations de brevet à un fournisseur de contenu (S107).
