其中,第一水平壁上设置有安装孔。
其中,第一垂直壁和第二垂直壁上分别设置有吊装孔。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明的背板结构及其显示装置通过在背板主体上设置有支撑梁,且支撑梁上设置有垂直相接的水平壁和垂直壁,而与背板主体平行间隔设置的水平壁上设置有壁挂孔,壁挂孔可加入铆柱,能够把受力作用于支撑梁上,有效增强整个背板的整体强度和刚性。
同时,可通过采用折刀机等方式折弯形成支撑梁的水平壁和垂直壁,从而可以免去高昂的模具开发成本,有效降低制造成本。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明的背板结构的第一实施例的示意图。背板结构10包括有背板主体11和支撑梁12,支撑梁12固定在背板主体11上。其中,支撑梁12沿着平行于背板主体11的宽度的方向固定于背板主体11上。
在本实施例中,支撑梁12至少有一条,可以是两条或者是两条以上,具体需要根据实际情况而定,在本实施例中优选两条以上。
进一步地,请一并参考图2、图3和图4,图2是图1中A-A线的剖示图,图3是图2中的支撑梁的立体示意图,图4是图2中的支撑梁的剖示图。支撑梁12包括至少一水平壁和至少一垂直壁,且相邻的水平壁和垂直壁垂直相接。支撑梁12可采用折刀机进行折弯成形水平壁和垂直壁,也可以采用其他方式折弯成形水平壁和垂直壁。支撑梁12作为整个背板结构的受力构件,其厚度一般在1-4mm之间,而本实施例优选支撑梁12的厚度为2mm。
具体而言,支撑梁12包括第一水平壁121、第二水平壁122、第三水平壁123、第一垂直壁124和第二垂直壁125。第一水平壁121与背板主体11平行间隔设置,第二水平壁122和第三水平壁123固定在背板主体11上,即:第一水平壁121较第二水平壁122和第三水平壁123更远离背板主体11。
第一垂直壁124和第二垂直壁125分别自第一水平壁121的两端朝靠近背板主体11的方向延伸。第二水平壁122自第一垂直壁124远离第一水平壁121的一端沿着平行于第一水平壁121的第一方向延伸。第三水平壁123自第二垂直壁125远离第一水平壁121的一端沿着平行于第一水平壁121的第二方向延伸。其中第一方向和第二方向相反,第一垂直壁124和第二垂直壁125的高度相同。
其中,与背板主体11平行间隔设置的第一水平壁121上设置有壁挂孔126,第一水平壁121的壁挂孔126可加入铆柱,能够把受力作用于支撑梁12上,从而可通过支撑梁12把整个背板结构10支撑起来。第一垂直壁124和第二垂直壁125上分别设置有吊装孔127,钢丝绳可穿过吊装孔127,从而可吊起整个背板结构10。第二水平壁122和第三水平壁123上分别设置有安装孔128,螺钉13穿过安装孔128将支撑梁12以螺丝锁附的方式固定在背板主体11上。当然,在其他实施例中,支撑梁12也可通过焊接方式固定在背板主体11上。
请进一步参考图5、图6和图7,图5是本发明的背板结构的第二实施例的剖示图,图6是图5中的支撑梁的立体示意图,图7是图5中的支撑梁的剖示图。支撑梁22包括第一水平壁221、第二水平壁222、第三水平壁223、第一垂直壁224、第二垂直壁225、第三垂直壁226和第四垂直壁227。
第一水平壁221固定在背板主体21上,第二水平壁222和第三水平壁223与背板主体21平行间隔设置,从而使得第二水平壁222和第三水平壁223较第一水平壁221更远离背板主体21。
第一垂直壁224和第二垂直壁225分别自第一水平壁221的两端朝远离背板主体21的方向延伸。第二水平壁222自第一垂直壁224远离第一水平壁221的一端沿着平行于第一水平壁221的第一方向延伸。第三水平壁223自第二垂直壁225远离第一水平壁221的一端沿着平行于第一水平壁221的第二方向延伸。第三垂直壁226自第二水平壁222远离第一垂直壁224的一端沿着平行于第一垂直壁224且朝靠近第一水平壁221的方向延伸。第四垂直壁227自第三水平壁223远离第二垂直壁225的一端沿着平行于第二垂直壁225且朝靠近第一水平壁221的方向延伸。
其中,第一方向和第二方向相反,第一垂直壁224和第二垂直壁225的高度相同,第三垂直壁226和第四垂直壁227的高度相同。在本实施例中,第一垂直壁224的高度高于第三垂直壁226的高度,当然,在其他实施例中,并不限制第一垂直壁224的高度高于第三垂直壁226的高度,具体需要设实际情况而定。
进一步地,第一水平壁221上设置有安装孔228,螺钉23穿过安装孔228将支撑梁22以螺丝锁附的方式固定在背板主体21上。当然,在其他实施例中,支撑梁22也可通过焊接方式固定在背板主体21上。第二水平壁222和第三水平壁223上分别设置有壁挂孔230,壁挂孔230可加入铆柱,能够把受力作用于支撑梁22上,从而可通过支撑梁22把整个背板结构20支撑起来。第一垂直壁224和第二垂直壁225上分别设置有吊装孔229,钢丝绳可穿过吊装孔229,从而可吊起整个背板结构20。当然,在实施例并不限定在第一垂直壁224和第二垂直壁225上分别设置有吊装孔229,在其他实施例中,也可以在第三垂直壁226和第四垂直壁227上设置吊装孔229。
当然,应理解,支撑梁还可以设有第四水平壁、第五水平壁、第五垂直壁和第六垂直壁,具体情况根据实际需要而定。
图8是本发明的背板结构的第三实施例的立体示意图。如图8所示,背板结构30包括有背板主体31和支撑梁32,与图1所示的实施方式相比,主要区别在于:支撑梁32沿着平行于背板主体31的长度的方向固定于背板主体31上。
应理解,在其他实施例中,支撑梁不限于图1或图8所示的设置方式,亦可以沿着背板主体的对角线的方向设置,具体需要根据实际情况而定。
本发明进一步提供一种显示装置,如图9所示,图9是本发明的显示装置的模块示意图。显示装置40包括背板41以及设置在背板41上的显示模块42,其中,背板41可选为上述任一种的背板结构。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明的背板结构及其显示装置通过在背板主体上设置有支撑梁,且支撑梁上设置有垂直相接的水平壁和垂直壁,而与背板主体平行间隔设置的水平壁上设置有壁挂孔,壁挂孔可加入铆柱,能够把受力作用于支撑梁上,有效增强整个背板的整体强度和刚性。
同时,可通过采用折刀机等方式折弯形成支撑梁的水平壁和垂直壁,从而可以免去高昂的模具开发成本,有效降低制造成本。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种背板结构,其中,所述背板结构包括:
    背板主体;
    至少一支撑梁;
    其中,所述支撑梁包括至少一水平壁和至少一垂直壁,相邻的所述水平壁和所述垂直壁垂直相接,且与所述背板主体平行间隔设置的至少一所述水平壁上设置有壁挂孔;
    所述支撑梁沿着平行于所述背板主体的长度的方向固定于所述背板主体上;
    其中,所述支撑梁包括第一水平壁、第二水平壁、第三水平壁以及第一垂直壁和第二垂直壁,其中:
    所述第一水平壁上设置所述壁挂孔;
    所述第一垂直壁和所述第二垂直壁分别自所述第一水平壁的两端朝靠近所述背板主体的方向延伸;
    所述第二水平壁自所述第一垂直壁远离所述第一水平壁的一端沿着平行于所述第一水平壁的第一方向延伸;
    所述第三水平壁自所述第二垂直壁远离所述第一水平壁的一端沿着平行于所述第一水平壁的第二方向延伸,所述第二方向和所述第一方向相反;
    其中,所述第一垂直壁和所述第二垂直壁的高度相同,所述第二水平壁和所述第三水平壁固定在所述背板主体上,所述第一水平壁较所述第二水平壁和所述第三水平壁更远离所述背板主体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的背板结构,其中,所述支撑梁的厚度为1-4mm。
  3. 一种背板结构,其中,所述背板结构包括:
    背板主体;
    至少一支撑梁,所述支撑梁固定在所述背板主体上;
    其中,所述支撑梁包括至少一水平壁和至少一垂直壁,相邻的所述水平壁和所述垂直壁垂直相接,且与所述背板主体平行间隔设置的至少一所述水平壁上设置有壁挂孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的背板结构,其中,所述支撑梁沿着平行于所述背板主体的长度的方向固定于所述背板主体上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的背板结构,其特在在于,所述支撑梁沿着平行于所述背板主体的宽度的方向固定于所述背板主体上。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的背板结构,其中,所述支撑梁包括第一水平壁、第二水平壁、第三水平壁以及第一垂直壁和第二垂直壁,其中:
    所述第一水平壁上设置所述壁挂孔;
    所述第一垂直壁和所述第二垂直壁分别自所述第一水平壁的两端朝靠近所述背板主体的方向延伸;
    所述第二水平壁自所述第一垂直壁远离所述第一水平壁的一端沿着平行于所述第一水平壁的第一方向延伸;
    所述第三水平壁自所述第二垂直壁远离所述第一水平壁的一端沿着平行于所述第一水平壁的第二方向延伸,所述第二方向和所述第一方向相反;
    其中,所述第一垂直壁和所述第二垂直壁的高度相同,所述第二水平壁和所述第三水平壁固定在所述背板主体上,所述第一水平壁较所述第二水平壁和所述第三水平壁更远离所述背板主体。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的背板结构,其中,所述第一垂直壁和所述第二垂直壁上分别设置有吊装孔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的背板结构,其中,所述第二水平壁和所述第三水平壁上分别设置有安装孔。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的背板结构,其中,所述支撑梁包括第一水平壁、第二水平壁、第三水平壁、第一垂直壁、第二垂直壁、第三垂直壁和第四垂直壁,其中:
    所述第一垂直壁和所述第二垂直壁分别自所述第一水平壁的两端朝远离所述背板主体的方向延伸;
    所述第二水平壁自所述第一垂直壁远离所述第一水平壁的一端沿着平行于所述第一水平壁的第一方向延伸;
    所述第三水平壁自所述第二垂直壁远离所述第一水平壁的一端沿着平行于所述第一水平壁的第二方向延伸,所述第二方向和所述第一方向相反;
    所述第三垂直壁自所述第二水平壁远离所述第一垂直壁的一端沿着平行于所述第一垂直壁且朝靠近所述第一水平壁的方向延伸;
    所述第四垂直壁自所述第三水平壁远离所述第二垂直壁的一端沿着平行于所述第二垂直壁且朝靠近所述第一水平壁的方向延伸;
    其中,所述第一垂直壁和所述第二垂直壁的高度相同,所述第一水平壁固定在所述背板主体上,所述第二水平壁和所述第三水平壁较所述第一水平壁更远离所述背板主体,所述第二水平壁和所述第三水平壁上分别设置有所述壁挂孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的背板结构,其中,所述第一水平壁上设置有安装孔。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的背板结构,其中,所述第一垂直壁和所述第二垂直壁上分别设置有吊装孔。
  12. 一种显示装置,其中,所述显示装置包括背板结构,所述背板结构包括:
    背板主体;
    至少一支撑梁,所述支撑梁固定在所述背板主体上;
    其中,所述支撑梁包括至少一水平壁和至少一垂直壁,相邻的所述水平壁和所述垂直壁垂直相接,且与所述背板主体平行间隔设置的至少一所述水平壁上设置有壁挂孔。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的背板结构,其中,所述支撑梁沿着平行于所述背板主体的长度的方向固定于所述背板主体上。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的背板结构,其特在在于,所述支撑梁沿着平行于所述背板主体的宽度的方向固定于所述背板主体上。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的背板结构,其中,所述支撑梁包括第一水平壁、第二水平壁、第三水平壁以及第一垂直壁和第二垂直壁,其中:
    所述第一水平壁上设置所述壁挂孔;
    所述第一垂直壁和所述第二垂直壁分别自所述第一水平壁的两端朝靠近所述背板主体的方向延伸;
    所述第二水平壁自所述第一垂直壁远离所述第一水平壁的一端沿着平行于所述第一水平壁的第一方向延伸;
    所述第三水平壁自所述第二垂直壁远离所述第一水平壁的一端沿着平行于所述第一水平壁的第二方向延伸,所述第二方向和所述第一方向相反;
    其中,所述第一垂直壁和所述第二垂直壁的高度相同,所述第二水平壁和所述第三水平壁固定在所述背板主体上,所述第一水平壁较所述第二水平壁和所述第三水平壁更远离所述背板主体。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的背板结构,其中,所述第一垂直壁和所述第二垂直壁上分别设置有吊装孔。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的背板结构,其中,所述第二水平壁和所述第三水平壁上分别设置有安装孔。
  18. 根据权利要求12所述的背板结构,其中,所述支撑梁包括第一水平壁、第二水平壁、第三水平壁、第一垂直壁、第二垂直壁、第三垂直壁和第四垂直壁,其中:
    所述第一垂直壁和所述第二垂直壁分别自所述第一水平壁的两端朝远离所述背板主体的方向延伸;
    所述第二水平壁自所述第一垂直壁远离所述第一水平壁的一端沿着平行于所述第一水平壁的第一方向延伸;
    所述第三水平壁自所述第二垂直壁远离所述第一水平壁的一端沿着平行于所述第一水平壁的第二方向延伸,所述第二方向和所述第一方向相反;
    所述第三垂直壁自所述第二水平壁远离所述第一垂直壁的一端沿着平行于所述第一垂直壁且朝靠近所述第一水平壁的方向延伸;
    所述第四垂直壁自所述第三水平壁远离所述第二垂直壁的一端沿着平行于所述第二垂直壁且朝靠近所述第一水平壁的方向延伸;
    其中,所述第一垂直壁和所述第二垂直壁的高度相同,所述第一水平壁固定在所述背板主体上,所述第二水平壁和所述第三水平壁较所述第一水平壁更远离所述背板主体,所述第二水平壁和所述第三水平壁上分别设置有所述壁挂孔。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的背板结构,其中,所述第一水平壁上设置有安装孔。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的背板结构,其中,所述第一垂直壁和所述第二垂直壁上分别设置有吊装孔。
