图1所示为多个液晶模组被包装至一种现有液晶模组包装装置中的示意图。该液晶模组包装装置包括一副平行设置若干用于承接液晶模组的凹部的支撑材料1’和容纳支撑于支撑材料1’中的液晶模组的包装箱2’。为避免支撑于支撑材料中的相邻的液晶模组3’之间相互擦碰,相邻的液晶模组3’之间间隔一定间距。

因此,有必要提供一种液晶模组的包装装置和支撑装置,以解决上述问题。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
图4是本发明第一实施例的液晶模组的包装装置100的示意图。包装装置100用于包装沿第一方向X设置的第一组液晶模组1和第二组液晶模组2。第一组液晶模组1包括沿垂直于第一方向X的第二方向Y互相平行且重叠设置的多个第一液晶模组10。第二液晶模组2包括沿第二方向Y互相平行且重叠设置的多个第二液晶模组20。第一液晶模组10和第二液晶模组20均包括凸起11。

图5所示是本发明第二实施例的液晶模组的包装装置200的示意图。包装装置200亦用于包装沿第一方向X设置的第一组液晶模组1和第二组液晶模组2。
本实施例中,第一液晶模组10和第二液晶模组20的排布方式与第一实施例相同。第一液晶模组10和第二液晶模组20分别相互错开且部分重叠地支撑在第一支撑元件33的第一凹部31中和第二支撑元件34的第二凹部32中。
与第一实施例不同的是,本实施例中,第一支撑元件33和第二支撑元件34可以分离设置,为了使第一液晶模组10和第二液晶模组20在支撑装置30中稳定支撑,本实施例包装装置200还包括设置于第一支撑元件33和第二支撑元件34之间的第三支撑元件35。
第三支撑元件35设置朝向第一支撑元件31并与第一支撑元件33上第一凹部31对应的第一凹部31和朝向第二支撑元件34并与第二支撑元件34上第二凹部32对应的第二凹部32。第一液晶面板10被第一支撑元件33、第三支撑元件35上的第一凹部31共同支撑,第二液晶面板20被第二支撑元件34、第三支撑元件35上的第二凹部32共同支撑。
本实施例中,因第一液晶模组10和第二液晶模组20分别被一对支撑元件稳定支撑,所以不会在支撑装置3中窜动,因此,本实施对第一方向X、第二方向Y不做特别限定。
本发明的有益效果是:与现有技术相比,本发明液晶模组包装装置或支撑装置能够将两组液晶模组交错且部分重叠包装,能够大大降低液晶模组的包装体积,进而降低液晶模组的运输成本。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种液晶模组的包装装置,用于包装沿第一方向设置的第一组液晶模组和第二组液晶模组,所述第一组液晶模组包括沿垂直于所述第一方向的第二方向互相平行且重叠设置的多个第一液晶模组,所述第二组液晶模组包括沿所述第二方向互相平行且重叠设置的多个第二液晶模组,所述第一方向为水平方向,其中,所述包装装置包括:
    支撑装置,用于支撑所述第一组液晶模组和所述第二组液晶模组,所述支撑装置设置有一组第一凹部和一组第二凹部,所述第一凹部与所述第二凹部沿所述第二方向互相交错设置,所述第一凹部用于接收所述第一液晶模组,所述第二凹部用于接收所述第二液晶模组,以使所述第一液晶模组和所述第二液晶模组沿所述第二方向交错设置, 且所述第一液晶模组和所述第二液晶模组沿所述第一方向部分重叠;所述支撑装置包括沿所述第一方向间隔设置的第一支撑元件和第二支撑元件,所述第一凹部和所述第二凹部分别设置于所述第一支撑元件和所述第二支撑元件的彼此朝向的一侧,所述第一组液晶模组和所述第二组液晶模组位于所述第一支撑元件和所述第二支撑元件之间;
    包装箱,用于容纳被所述支撑装置支撑的所述第一组液晶模组和所述第二组液晶模组。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的包装装置,其中所述第一支撑元件和所述第二支撑元件一体成型。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的包装装置,其中所述支撑装置进一步包括设置于所述第一支撑元件和所述第二支撑元件之间的第三支撑元件,所述第一凹部进一步设置于所述第三支撑元件的朝向所述第一支撑元件的一侧,所述第二凹部进一步设置于所述第三支撑元件的朝向所述第二支撑元件的一侧。
  4. 一种液晶模组的包装装置,用于包装沿第一方向设置的第一组液晶模组和第二组液晶模组,所述第一组液晶模组包括沿垂直于所述第一方向的第二方向互相平行且重叠设置的多个第一液晶模组,所述第二组液晶模组包括沿所述第二方向互相平行且重叠设置的多个第二液晶模组,其中所述包装装置包括:
    支撑装置,用于支撑所述第一组液晶模组和所述第二组液晶模组,所述支撑装置设置有一组第一凹部和一组第二凹部,所述第一凹部与所述第二凹部沿所述第二方向互相交错设置,所述第一凹部用于接收所述第一液晶模组,所述第二凹部用于接收所述第二液晶模组,以使所述第一液晶模组和所述第二液晶模组沿所述第二方向交错设置, 且所述第一液晶模组和所述第二液晶模组沿所述第一方向部分重叠;
    包装箱,用于容纳被所述支撑装置支撑的所述第一组液晶模组和所述第二组液晶模组。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的包装装置,其中所述支撑装置包括沿所述第一方向间隔设置的第一支撑元件和第二支撑元件,所述第一凹部和所述第二凹部分别设置于所述第一支撑元件和所述第二支撑元件的彼此朝向的一侧,所述第一组液晶模组和所述第二组液晶模组位于所述第一支撑元件和所述第二支撑元件之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的包装装置,其中所述第一支撑元件和所述第二支撑元件一体成型。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的包装装置,其中所述第一方向为水平方向。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的包装装置,其中所述支撑装置进一步包括设置于所述第一支撑元件和所述第二支撑元件之间的第三支撑元件,所述第一凹部进一步设置于所述第三支撑元件的朝向所述第一支撑元件的一侧,所述第二凹部进一步设置于所述第三支撑元件的朝向所述第二支撑元件的一侧。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的包装装置,其中:所述第一方向为竖直方向。
  10. 一种液晶模组的支撑装置,用于支撑沿第一方向设置的第一组液晶模组和第二组液晶模组,所述第一组液晶模组包括沿垂直于所述第一方向的第二方向互相平行且重叠设置的多个第一液晶模组,所述第二组液晶模组包括沿所述第二方向互相平行且重叠设置的多个第二液晶模组,其中所述支撑装置设置有多个第一凹部和多个第二凹部,所述第一凹部与所述第二凹部沿所述第二方向互相交错设置,所述第一凹部用于接收所述第一液晶模组的端部,所述第二凹部用于接收所述第二液晶模组的端部,以使所述第一液晶模组和所述第二液晶模组沿所述第二方向交错设置,且所述第一液晶模组和所述第二液晶模组沿所述第一方向部分重叠。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的支撑装置,其中所述支撑装置包括沿所述第一方向间隔设置的第一支撑元件和第二支撑元件,所述第一凹部和所述第二凹部分别设置于所述第一支撑元件和所述第二支撑元件的彼此朝向的一侧,所述第一组液晶模组和所述第二组液晶模组位于所述第一支撑元件和所述第二支撑元件之间。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的支撑装置,其中所述第一支撑元件和第二支撑元件一体成型,所述第一方向为水平方向。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的支撑装置,其中所述支撑装置进一步包括设置于所述第一支撑元件和所述第二支撑元件之间的第三支撑元件,所述第一凹部进一步设置于所述第三支撑元件的朝向所述第一支撑元件的一侧,所述第二凹部进一步设置于所述第三支撑元件的朝向所述第二支撑元件的一侧。
