Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及液晶领域,具体是涉及一种液晶显示装置及其背光模组和背板框架。
【背景技术】
液晶显示器(liquid crystal
display,LCD)是利用液晶材料的特性来显示图像的一种平板显示装置(flat panel
display,FPD),其相较于其他显示装置而言更具轻薄、低驱动电压及低功耗等优点,已经成为整个消费市场上的主流产品。然而,液晶显示器的液晶材料无法自主发光,必须借助外在提供光源,因此液晶显示器中又另外设有背光模块以提供所需的光源。
请参阅图1,图1是现有技术中的液晶显示装置的结构示意图。该液晶显示装置包括:液晶面板110、光学部材111、胶框112以及背板框架113。背板框架113呈L型,用以支撑和收容光学部材111,胶框112设置于背板框架113内侧用于配合背板框架113固定光学部材111,以及支撑液晶面板110。胶框112和背板框架113为两个分开的零部件,需要用不同的模具制造,生产成本高,且组装工序多。
【发明内容】
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种液晶显示装置及其背光模组和背板框架,能够省略胶框,降低生产成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种用于背光模组的背板框架,其包括支架和弯折部。该支架包括底板、侧壁以及挡墙,底板和侧壁相连接,底板用于支撑背光模组的光学部材,挡墙设于侧壁远离底板的一端以用于支撑液晶面板,底板、侧壁与挡墙配合形成容置槽以容置光学部材的侧边。该弯折部与挡墙相连接,用于与挡墙配合以固定液晶面板。
其中,弯折部自挡墙往远离容置槽的方向弯折成型并紧邻液晶面板的侧边设置。
其中,弯折部自挡墙的主体部分破孔以翻折成型。
其中,弯折部为多个并间隔设置于挡墙上。
其中,弯折部与液晶面板的侧边之间夹设有弹性件。
其中,挡墙与光学部材之间夹设有弹性件,以防止光学部材作平行于挡墙和底板之间的连线方向的移动。
其中,支架为多个并依序首尾相连以拼接形成背板框架,多个支架的底板之间设有固定件以配合底板固定光学部材。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种背光模组,其包括光学部材和背板框架。该背板框架包括支架和弯折部,支架包括底板、侧壁以及挡墙,底板和侧壁相连接,底板用于支撑光学部材,挡墙设于侧壁远离底板的一端以用于支撑液晶面板,底板、侧壁与挡墙配合形成容置槽以容置光学部材的侧边;弯折部,与挡墙相连接,用于与挡墙配合以固定液晶面板,其中,支架为多个并依序首尾相连以形成容置空间,光学部材容置于容置空间内。
其中,弯折部自挡墙往远离容置槽的方向弯折成型并紧邻液晶面板的侧边设置。
其中,弯折部自挡墙的主体部分破孔以翻折成型。
其中,弯折部为多个并间隔设置于挡墙上。
其中,弯折部与液晶面板的侧边之间夹设有弹性件。
其中,挡墙与光学部材之间夹设有弹性件,以防止光学部材作平行于挡墙和底板之间的连线方向的移动。
其中,支架为多个并依序首尾相连以拼接形成背板框架,多个支架的底板之间设有固定件以配合底板固定光学部材。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的又一个技术方案是:提供一种液晶显示装置,其包括液晶面板和如前所述的背光模组,弯折部为多个并紧邻液晶面板的多条侧边设置以固定液晶面板。
本发明实施例的背板框架通过底板支撑背光模组的光学部材、挡墙支撑液晶面板以及与挡墙相连接的弯折部配合挡墙固定液晶面板,能够省略胶框,减少模具以及材料费用,从而降低生产成本。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
请参阅图2和图3,图2是采用本发明实施例背板框架的液晶显示装置的结构示意图,图3是图2所示背板框架的支架和弯折部的立体结构示意图。
在本实施例中,背板框架20包括但不限于支架201和弯折部202。
支架201主要用来支撑和收容光学部材。具体而言,支架201包括底板2011、侧壁2012以及挡墙2013,底板2011的一端和侧壁2012相连接,底板2011用于支撑背光模组的光学部材,挡墙2013设于侧壁2012远离底板2011的一端以用于支撑液晶面板,同时,挡墙2013与光学部材之间还可以夹设有弹性件211,以防止光学部材作平行于挡墙2013和底板2011之间的连线方向的移动,从而避免背板框架20刮伤光学部材。进一步地,底板2011、侧壁2012与挡墙2013配合形成类似于“[”型的容置槽,该容置槽可以容置光学部材的侧边。
弯折部202可以由挡墙2013的主体部分破孔以翻折成型,具体而言,弯折部202自挡墙2013往远离容置槽的方向折成型并紧邻液晶面板的侧边设置,通过弯折部202与挡墙2013的配合,可以在水平方向上限制液晶面板的移动,并配合挡墙2013的支撑作用从而固定液晶面板。弯折部202为多个并间隔设置于挡墙2013上,在本实施例中,弯折部202优选为4个,并两两对称设置在挡墙2013上,当然,只要能同样起到固定作用的一个或者多个弯折部202都可以,本发明对此不作限定。同时,在弯折部202与液晶面板的侧边之间夹设有弹性件211,以防止弯折部202刮伤液晶面板,值得注意的是,弹性件211可以由较柔软的塑胶或者橡胶等弹性材料制得。
背板框架20由多个支架201依序首尾相连以拼接形成,多个支架201的底板2011之间设有固定件(图未示)以配合底板2011固定光学部材,在本实施例中,支架201优选为4个,4个支架201可通过铰接或者螺接组合成一个矩形框架结构,同时,支架201还可以通过旋转弯折嵌套至另一个支架201中,以减小背板框架20在运输过程中的体积。而该固定件可以为一个或多个板块间隔设置以呈“川”字形,通过该固定件的两端分别连接到多个支架201的不同底板2011上,以进一步封装固定光学部材,当然,固定件也可以呈十字形或井字形,在此不作限定。进一步地,本实施例中,支架201和弯折部202组合成的背板框架20采用一体成型,从而可以共用一个模具,减小模具费用。另外,上述背板框架20可以为铝件或者镀锌钢件。
请参阅图4,图4是本发明背光模组一实施例的结构示意图。
在本实施例中,背光模组200主要用来为液晶面板提供光源,该背光模组200包括但不限于背板框架20和光学部材21。背板框架20用来容置和固定光学部材21,光学部材21包括导光板和光学膜片等,具体地,背板框架20的多个支架201依序首尾相连形成容置空间,以使得光学部材21可容置于该容置空间内;多个支架201的多个底板2011之间设有上述的固定件。当然,该固定件还可以是螺丝或铆钉等,在此不作限定,底板2011通过固定件的配合以固定光学部材21。
请参阅图5,图5是本发明液晶显示装置一实施例的结构示意图。该液晶显示装置包括但不限于背光模组200和液晶面板300。其中,背板框架20上设置有一个或多个弯折部202,弯折部202紧邻液晶面板300的侧边设置以固定液晶面板300。
通过上述方式,本发明实施例的背板框架通过底板支撑背光模组的光学部材、挡墙支撑液晶面板以及与挡墙相连接的弯折部配合挡墙固定液晶面板,能够省略胶框,减少模具以及材料费用,从而降低生产成本。

- 一种用于背光模组的背板框架,其中,所述背板框架包括:支架,所述支架包括底板、侧壁以及挡墙,所述底板和所述侧壁相连接,所述底板用于支撑所述背光模组的光学部材,所述挡墙设于所述侧壁远离所述底板的一端以用于支撑液晶面板,所述底板、所述侧壁与所述挡墙配合形成容置槽以容置所述光学部材的侧边;弯折部,与所述挡墙相连接,用于与所述挡墙配合以固定所述液晶面板。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背板框架,其中,所述弯折部自所述挡墙往远离所述容置槽的方向弯折成型并紧邻所述液晶面板的侧边设置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的背板框架,其中,所述弯折部自所述挡墙的主体部分破孔以翻折成型。
