Description
本发明涉及显示器生产技术领域,特别是涉及一种显示器。
随着显示面板的不断普及,对显示面板各组件功能的要求越来越高。
请参阅图1,图1为现有技术中液晶电视的爆炸结构示意图。所述液晶电视包含第一前框11和第一背框12,该第一前框11和第一背框12用于整机的装配;所述液晶电视还包括有第二前框13和第二背框14,该第二前框13和第二背框14用于背光模组的装配。
显然,由于需要两个前框(第一前框11和第二前框13)来完成整个液晶电视的装配,而所述第一前框11和第二前框13的作用重叠,功能类似,造成材料的浪费及成本的增加。
因此,如何简化液晶电视的构造,避免由于两个前框的作用重叠造成的材料浪费,以及成本增加的问题,是液晶电视技术领域需要解决的技术问题之一。
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种显示器,以简化液晶电视的构造,避免由于两个前框的作用重叠造成的材料浪费,以及成本增加的技术问题。
为达到上述有益效果及解决上述技术问题,本发明构造了一种显示器,包括前框、背板以及背框,其中所述背框包括一用于承载所述背板的承载面,以及位于所述承载面周围的侧边,所述背框的侧边固定连接所述前框;
所述背板设置于所述背框的承载面上,所述背板包括背板主体,以及在所述背板主体的各侧边凸起的侧壁,所述背板的侧壁与所述背板主体一体成型,所述背板的侧壁开设有定位孔;
所述背光模组还包括一固定件,所述固定件包括弹簧以及定位柱,所述弹簧的一端连接至所述前框的内侧面,另一端连接所述定位柱;在所述弹簧的弹力作用下,所述定位柱相对所述前框的内侧面伸出一预设距离,并伸入至所述背板侧壁的定位孔内,以卡合连接所述背板,进而将所述前框和所述背板的侧壁固定连接,进而实现所述前框和所述背板的固定连接。
在本发明一实施例中:所述固定件还包括限制件,所述限制件包括限制环以及与所述限制环连接的连接件;所述限制件通过所述连接件固定连接所述前框;
所述定位柱包括第一底座以及定位杆,所述定位杆穿过所述限制环,所述限制环将所述第一底座限制于所述限制件和所述前框之间。
在本发明一实施例中:所述显示器还包括第二底座,所述第二底座设置于所述弹簧和所述前框的内侧面之间,所述第二底座固定连接所述前框。
在本发明一实施例中:所述限制件的连接件固定连接所述第二底座。

相对于现有技术,本发明通过在前框的内侧面和背板的侧壁之间设置于固定件,通过该固定件将所述前框和所述背板连接,而且所述前框还直接与背框的侧边连接,显然,本发明不仅连接过程简洁,还简化了液晶电视的构造,避免了现有技术中由于需要两个前框而造成的材料浪费的问题,极大的节省了成本。

所述显示器包括前框21、背板22、背框23以及固定件30,所述背框23包括一用于承载所述背板22的承载面(图未标示),以及位于所述承载面周围的侧边(图未标示),所述背框23的侧边固定连接所述前框21,更优的,所述前框21通过粘接或者螺接的方式固定连接所述背框23,当然也可以是其它的连接方式,此处不一一列举。
所述背板22设置于所述背框23的承载面231上,所述背板22包括背板主体221以及侧壁222,所述侧壁222由所述背板主体221的各侧边凸起形成。优选的,所述背板22的侧壁222与所述背板主体221一体成型,当然也可以是其它的方式固定连接。
在本发明中,所述固定件30固定连接所述前框21以及所述背板22的侧壁222,进而实现所述前框21和所述背板22的固定连接。
请参阅图3,图3为本发明中所述固定件30的较佳实施例结构示意图。
所述固定件30包括弹簧31、定位柱32、限制件33以及第二底座34。所述定位柱32包括第一底座321以及定位杆322,所述限制件33包括限制环331以及连接件332。
在具体实施过程中,所述背板22的侧壁222开设有定位孔223(请参阅图2),所述弹簧31的一端连接至所述前框21的内侧面(图未标示),另一端连接所述定位柱32。更具体的,在所述弹簧31的弹力作用下,所述定位柱32相对所述前框21的内侧面伸出一预设距离,并伸入至所述背板22的侧壁222的定位孔223内,进而卡合连接所述背板22,最终实现所述背板22和所述前框21的固定连接。
所述定位柱32的定位杆322与所述第一底座321固定连接,更优的,所述第一底座321与所述定位杆322一体成型设计,当然也可以通过其它方式固定连接。其中所述定位杆322穿过所述限制件33的限制环331,而所述限制环331将所述第一底座321限制于所述限制件33和所述前框21之间,从而避免所述定位杆322从所述固定件30脱落。
所述限制件33的限制环331连接所述连接件332,而所述限制件33通过所述连接件332固定连接所述前框21。
所述固定件30的所述第二底座34设置于所述弹簧31和所述前框21的内侧面之间,更优的,所述第二底座34通过粘接的方式或者其它方式固定连接至所述前框21的内侧面,而所述限制件33的连接件332固定连接所述第二底座34。
在具体实施过程中,所述侧壁222上的定位孔223具有第一深度,所述第一深度小于或者等于所述侧壁222的厚度。
本发明提供的显示器的组装过程如下:
将所述背板22设置于所述背框23的支撑面上,之后将光学组件(譬如导光板50)装配于所述背板22上,并将面板40设置于所述背板22上。
之后,将所述固定件30固定连接至所述前框21的内侧面,譬如将第二底座34粘接至所述前框21的内侧面,然后将所述背框23的侧边通过螺接的方式固定连接所述前框21。
由于所述背板22的侧壁22上开设有定位孔223,而所述固定件30的定位杆322在所述弹簧的弹力作用下,所述定位杆32伸入至所述侧壁222的定位孔223内,进而将所述背板22固定,从而实现所述背板22与所述前框21的固定连接,最终完成整机的装配。
显然,本发明仅需一前框21即可实现前框21、背板22以及背框23之间的连接,不仅连接过程简洁,还简化了液晶电视的构造,避免了现有技术中由于需要两个前框而造成的材料浪费的问题,极大的节省了成本。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。
Claims (18)
- 一种显示器,包括前框、背板以及背框,其中所述背框包括一用于承载所述背板的承载面,以及位于所述承载面周围的侧边,所述背框的侧边固定连接所述前框;所述背板设置于所述背框的承载面上,所述背板包括背板主体,以及在所述背板主体的各侧边凸起的侧壁,所述背板的侧壁与所述背板主体一体成型,所述背板的侧壁开设有定位孔;所述背光模组还包括一固定件,所述固定件包括弹簧以及定位柱,所述弹簧的一端连接至所述前框的内侧面,另一端连接所述定位柱;在所述弹簧的弹力作用下,所述定位柱相对所述前框的内侧面伸出一预设距离,并伸入至所述背板侧壁的定位孔内,以卡合连接所述背板,进而将所述前框和所述背板的侧壁固定连接,进而实现所述前框和所述背板的固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示器,其中所述固定件还包括限制件,所述限制件包括限制环以及与所述限制环连接的连接件;所述限制件通过所述连接件固定连接所述前框;所述定位柱包括第一底座以及定位杆,所述定位杆穿过所述限制环,所述限制环将所述第一底座限制于所述限制件和所述前框之间。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示器,其中所述显示器还包括第二底座,所述第二底座设置于所述弹簧和所述前框的内侧面之间,所述第二底座固定连接所述前框。
- 根据权利要求3所述的显示器,其中所述限制件的连接件固定连接所述第二底座。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示器,其中所述定位孔具有第一深度,所述第一深度小于所述背板侧壁的厚度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示器,其中所述定位孔具有第一深度,所述第一深度等于所述背板侧壁的厚度。
- 根据权利要求3所述的显示器,其中所述第二底座通过粘接的方式固定连接至所述前框的内侧面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示器,其中所述前框通过粘接或者螺接的方式固定连接所述背框。
- 一种显示器,包括前框、背板以及背框,其中所述背框包括一用于承载所述背板的承载面,以及位于所述承载面周围的侧边,所述背框的侧边固定连接所述前框;所述背板设置于所述背框的承载面上,所述背板包括背板主体,以及在所述背板主体的各侧边凸起的侧壁;所述背光模组还包括一固定件,所述固定件固定连接所述前框以及所述背板的侧壁,进而将所述前框和所述背板固定连接。
- 根据权利要求9所述的显示器,其中所述背板的侧壁开设有定位孔;所述固定件包括弹簧以及定位柱,所述弹簧的一端连接至所述前框的内侧面,另一端连接所述定位柱;在所述弹簧的弹力作用下,所述定位柱相对所述前框的内侧面伸出一预设距离,并伸入至所述背板侧壁的定位孔内,进而卡合连接所述背板。
- 根据权利要求10所述的显示器,其中所述固定件还包括限制件,所述限制件包括限制环以及与所述限制环连接的连接件;所述限制件通过所述连接件固定连接所述前框;所述定位柱包括第一底座以及定位杆,所述定位杆穿过所述限制环,所述限制环将所述第一底座限制于所述限制件和所述前框之间。
- 根据权利要求11所述的显示器,其中所述显示器还包括第二底座,所述第二底座设置于所述弹簧和所述前框的内侧面之间,所述第二底座固定连接所述前框。
- 根据权利要求12所述的显示器,其中所述限制件的连接件固定连接所述第二底座。
- 根据权利要求10所述的显示器,其中所述定位孔具有第一深度,所述第一深度小于所述背板侧壁的厚度。
- 根据权利要求10所述的显示器,其中所述定位孔具有第一深度,所述第一深度等于所述背板侧壁的厚度。
- 根据权利要求12所述的显示器,其中所述第二底座通过粘接的方式固定连接至所述前框的内侧面。
- 根据权利要求9所述的显示器,其中所述背板的侧壁与所述背板主体一体成型。
- 根据权利要求9所述的显示器,其中所述前框通过粘接或者螺接的方式固定连接所述背框。
