本発明に用いるシリコーン骨格粉末とは、シリコーンポリマーを骨格として有するポリマーの粉末である限り特に限定されないが、(ビニルジメチコン/メチコンシルセスキオキサン)クロスポリマー、ポリメチルシルセスキオキサン、(ジメチコン/ビニルジメチコン)クロスポリマーからなる群から選択される1種又は2種以上の球状粉末を用いることが好ましい。

本発明に用いる疎水化処理板状粉末は、シリコーン系の疎水化処理剤で疎水化処理した板状の粉末であることが好ましい。板状の粉末である限り特に限定されないが、例えば、タルク、セリサイト、カオリンなどが例示され、特に、ジメチルポリシロキサンで疎水化処理した板状タルク粉末を用いることが好ましい。
板状タルク粉末の大きさは、レーザー散乱により測定される平均粒子径が5~30μmの通常、粉末化粧料に配合されるタルクを用いることができる。
油中水型乳化組成物を構成できる界面活性剤であれば特に限定されないが、シリコーン系界面活性剤が好ましい。好ましいシリコーン系界面活性剤とは、疎水基がジメチルポリシロキサン、親水基がポリオキシアルキレンモノグリコールエーテル(ポリエーテル)から構成される非イオン界面活性剤のことである。ジメチルポリシロキサンにポリエーテルがペンダント状にグラフトした構造や、ブロック共重合体がある。例えば、ジメチルポリシロキサンポリエチレングリコール、ジメチルポリシロキサン・(ポリオキシエチレン・ポリオキシプロピレン)共重合体、ポリオキシエチレン・メチルポリシロキサン共重合体等が挙げられる。
本発明においては、ポリオキシアルキレン変性オルガノポリシロキサンであるシリコーンKF-6017、シリコーンKF-6028、シリコーンKF-6038(信越化学工業株式会社製)等の市販品を好ましく使用できる。
本発明に用いる油分とは、油中水型乳化日焼け止め化粧料の油相を構成する油分である。油中水型乳化日焼け止め化粧料に通常使用される油分であれば特に限定されないが、炭化水素油、液体油脂、固体油脂、ロウ、高級脂肪酸、高級アルコール、エステル油、シリコーン油などを適宜配合することが可能である。
本発明に使用する水は、油中水型乳化日焼け止め化粧料の内相の水相を構成する成分である。
なお、本発明の油中水型乳化日焼け止め化粧料において、水相(水に溶解している水溶性成分も含む)と油相(油分に溶解又は分散している成分も含む)の質量比は、水相:油相=1:9~5:5の範囲が好ましい。
専門パネル10名で実使用試験を行い(実施例及び比較例の日焼け止め化粧料を上腕に塗布する)、油っぽさのなさを評価した。
<評価基準>
◎:10名中7名以上が油っぽさを感じないと答えた。
○:10名中5名以上7名未満が油っぽさを感じないと答えた。
△:10名中3名以上5名未満が油っぽさを感じないと答えた。
×:10名中2名以下が油っぽさを感じないと答えた。
専門パネル10名で実使用試験を行い(実施例及び比較例の日焼け止め化粧料を上腕に塗布する)、さらさら感を評価した。
<評価基準>
◎:10名中7名以上がさらさら感があると答えた。
○:10名中5名以上7名未満がさらさら感があると答えた。
△:10名中3名以上5名未満がさらさら感があると答えた。
×:10名中2名以下がさらさら感があると答えた。
専門パネル10名で実使用試験を行い(実施例及び比較例の日焼け止め化粧料を上腕に塗布する)、べたつきのなさを評価した。
<評価基準>
◎:10名中7名以上がべたつきを感じないと答えた。
○:10名中5名以上7名未満がべたつきを感じないと答えた。
△:10名中3名以上5名未満がべたつきを感じないと答えた。
×:10名中2名以下がべたつきを感じないと答えた。
紫外線防御効果は、分光光度計(「U-4100」;(株)日立ハイテクノロジーズ製)を用いて290~400nmの吸光度積分値を求め、比較例1(b、c、d成分の粉末が無配合)をコントロールとして、比較例1の吸光度積分値からの増加率で示した。例えば、比較例1の吸光度積分値が100とした場合、実施例1の吸光度積分値は157となり、紫外線防御効果が57ポイント向上していることが分かる。
なお、使用した基盤は、サンドブラスト装置PNEUMA BLASTER(不二製作所社製)を用いて、アクリライト000(三菱レイヨン社製)の片側の表面に、白色溶融アルミナ質研磨材フジランダムWA粒度#16(不二製作所社製)を吹き付けて、サンドブラスト加工した後、50mm角に切断し、皮膚代替膜を使用した。(本発明で使用した基盤は特許第4454695号にて使用した基盤と同じである)。
皮膚代替膜に、指サックを付けた指で、比較例及び実施例の日焼け止め化粧料を塗り広げることにより、2.00mg/cm2塗布した後、分光光度計により、290~400nmの吸光度を測定し、その積分値を求めた。
なお、比較例及び実施例の日焼け止め化粧料を塗布した各皮膚代替膜の基盤につき、3枚測定し、1枚につき、中央付近及び中央と四隅の中点付近の5箇所測定して、その平均値により、吸光度積分値を求めた。
製造直後の乳液をサンプル管に充填し、粉末凝集加速試験および50℃で1ヶ月放置して目視にて観察した。
<評価基準>
○:油相と水相が完全に相溶しており、粉末の均一な分散状態である。
△:油相と水相が一部分離し、粉末の均一な分散状態である。
×:油相と水相が一部分離し、粉末の凝集が著しい状態である。
そして、(b)シリコーン骨格粉末、(c)ポリメタクリル酸メチル粉末、(d)疎水化処理板状粉末を全て配合した実施例1は、使用感触の全ての項目に最も優れている。また、紫外線防御効果も、(b)シリコーン骨格粉末、(c)ポリメタクリル酸メチル粉末、(d)疎水化処理板状粉末を配合していない比較例1に比べ57ポイント向上している。さらに、安定性に関しても驚くべきことに単独の粉末配合では安定性が維持できないが、選ばれた2種類以上の粉末を配合することで安定性が改善し、実施例1もその効果に該当している。つまり、実施例1は全ての効果に優れた効果を発揮していることが分かる。すなわち、当該効果は、本発明において、必須成分である(b)シリコーン骨格粉末、(c)ポリメタクリル酸メチル粉末、(d)疎水化処理板状粉末により持たされた、当業者に全く予測不可能な効果である。
また、実施例1~16の油中水型乳化日焼け止め化粧料は、肌に塗布した時に実質的に透明で白浮きの問題がなく、さらに、汗、プール、海水浴などによっても、化粧料持ちに優れた油中水型乳化日焼け止め化粧料である。

Claims (5)
- 下記(a)~(g)を含有することを特徴とする油中水型乳化日焼け止め化粧料。
(a)紫外線吸収剤
(b)シリコーン骨格粉末
(c)ポリメタクリル酸メチル粉末
(d)疎水化処理板状粉末
(e)界面活性剤
(f)油分
(g)水 - 前記(a)紫外線吸収剤が、メトキシケイヒ酸エチルヘキシル、オクトクリレン、ポリシリコン-15、t-ブチルメトキシジベンゾイルメタン、エチルヘキシルトリアゾン、ジエチルアミノヒドロキシベンゾイル安息香酸ヘキシル、ビスエチルヘキシルオキシフェノールメトキシフェニルトリアジン、オキシベンゾン-3、メチレンビスベンゾトリアゾリルテトラメチルブチルフェノール、フェニルベンズイミダゾールスルホン酸、ホモサレート、サリチル酸エチルへキシルからなる群から選択される1種又は2種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の油中水型乳化日焼け止め化粧料。
- 前記(b)シリコーン骨格粉末が、(ビニルジメチコン/メチコンシルセスキオキサン)クロスポリマー、ポリメチルシルセスキオキサン、(ジメチコン/ビニルジメチコン)クロスポリマーからなる群から選択される1種又は2種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の油中水型乳化日焼け止め化粧料。
- 前記(d)疎水化処理板状粉末が、主骨格がシリコーンから構成される表面処理剤でコーティングされた板状粉末であることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項記載の油中水型乳化日焼け止め化粧料。
- 前記(b)シリコーン骨格粉末と前記(c)ポリメタクリル酸メチル粉末と前記(d)疎水化処理板状粉末の含有量が、いずれの粉末も、油中水型乳化日焼け止め化粧料全量に対して0.01~9質量%であることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項記載の油中水型乳化日焼け止め化粧料。
