Description
The filing date of the present application is 2012/8/9/h, the filing number is 201280013165.1 (international application number is PCT/JP2012/070295), and the invention name is "water-in-oil emulsion sunscreen cosmetic".
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a water-in-oil type emulsified sunscreen cosmetic. More specifically, the present invention relates to a water-in-oil emulsion sunscreen cosmetic composition which has excellent feeling in use, high ultraviolet protection effect and excellent stability by blending a specific powder.
Background
Patent document 1 discloses a water-in-oil emulsion sunscreen cosmetic having an ultraviolet protection promoting effect. However, in this invention, in order to enhance the ultraviolet protection promoting effect, it is necessary to blend a water-soluble polymer.
Patent documents 2 to 5 disclose aqueous or oil-in-water emulsion cosmetic compositions containing a water-soluble ultraviolet absorber, which can improve SPF while maintaining excellent usability in water-tender touch. However, since the SPF of phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid as a water-soluble ultraviolet absorber is improved, it is necessary to blend a specific neutralizing agent for phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid and neutralizing phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid. Further, since it is an aqueous composition or an oil-in-water emulsion composition cosmetic, it has a disadvantage that the cosmetic retaining power (cosmetic retention ち) is inferior to that of a water-in-oil emulsion sunscreen cosmetic.
Patent document 6 discloses a water-soluble sunscreen cosmetic and an oil-in-water emulsion sunscreen cosmetic, which can ensure a high SPF value by effectively blending a water-soluble ultraviolet absorber. However, methods to ensure high SPF values require the compounding of agar microgels. Further, since it is a water-soluble type sunscreen cosmetic or oil-in-water emulsion composition cosmetic, it has a disadvantage that the cosmetic retention is poor as compared with a water-in-oil emulsion sunscreen cosmetic.
Patent document 7 discloses an oil-in-water type emulsion cosmetic which does not contain a large amount of an oil-soluble ultraviolet absorber, is not sticky, and can realize a high SPF. This invention is an invention for realizing a high SPF by blending specific amounts of an extender pigment and/or a silicone resin powder and a higher alcohol, and therefore, it is necessary to blend an extender pigment and/or a silicone resin powder and a higher alcohol, and further, since it is an oil-in-water type emulsion cosmetic, it has a disadvantage that the cosmetic retention is inferior to that of a water-in-oil type emulsion sunscreen cosmetic.

"improvement of ultraviolet ray protection effect"
The UV protection effect was shown by the rate of increase of the absorbance integral value in comparative example 1 (powder not containing components b, c and d) in comparison with comparative example 1, in which the absorbance integral value was measured at 290-400 nm using a spectrophotometer ("U-4100"; (manufactured by Hitachi ハ イ テ ク ノ ロ ジ ー ズ, Ltd.). For example, when the absorbance integrated value in comparative example 1 is 100, the absorbance integrated value in example 1 is 157, and it is found that the ultraviolet protection effect is improved by 57 points.
The substrate used WAs subjected to sandblasting by blowing a white fused alumina abrasive フ ジ ラ ン ダ ム WA having a grain size # 16 (manufactured by mitsubishi レ イ ヨ ン) onto one surface of ACRYLITE000 (manufactured by mitsubishi positive corporation) using a sandblasting apparatus pneumablaster (manufactured by mitsubishi corporation), cut into 50mm squares, and used as a skin substitute film. (the substrate used in the present invention is the same as the substrate used in patent No. 4454695).
On the skin substitute film, the sunscreen cosmetics of comparative examples and examples were spread with a finger cot, thereby applying 2.00mg/cm2Then, the absorbance at 290 to 400nm is measured by a spectrophotometer, and the integral value is obtained.
The substrate coated with each skin substitute film of the sunscreen cosmetics of comparative example and example was measured for 3 sheets, and 5 spots near the center and near the midpoint of the center and four corners were measured for 1 sheet, and the absorbance integrated value was determined from the average value thereof.

[ Table 1]
[ Table 2]
[ Table 3]
[ Table 4]
[ Table 5]
Comparative examples 1 to 19 and examples 1 to 16 in each table are water-in-oil emulsion sunscreen cosmetics containing the same components except for 3 kinds of components (b) of a siloxane skeleton powder, (c) of a polymethyl methacrylate powder, and (d) of a hydrophobized plate powder, which are essential components of the present invention.
Further, example 1 in which (b) the silicone skeleton powder, (c) the polymethyl methacrylate powder, and (d) the hydrophobized plate-like powder were all blended was the most excellent among all the use feeling items. Further, the ultraviolet protection effect was improved by 57 points as compared with comparative example 1 in which (b) the siloxane skeleton powder, (c) the polymethyl methacrylate powder, and (d) the hydrophobized plate-like powder were not blended. Further, as for stability, surprisingly, although stability could not be maintained by blending a single powder, stability was improved by blending 2 or more selected powders, and example 1 also corresponds to this effect. That is, example 1 is found to exhibit the most excellent effect in all the effects. That is, in the present invention, the effect is an effect which is not expected at all by those skilled in the art due to the essential components of (b) the siloxane skeleton powder, (c) the polymethyl methacrylate powder, and (d) the hydrophobized plate-like powder.
The water-in-oil type emulsion sunscreen cosmetics of examples 1 to 16 were substantially transparent when applied to the skin, had no whitening problem (white floating き), and were excellent in retention even when subjected to cosmetics such as sweat, swimming pools, and sea water baths.
