设计方案:为了实现上述设计目的。1 、多个磨头侧面等间距或非等间距地与环形基带的带面平行连接的设计,是本发明技术特征之一。这样做的目的在于:磨头可以卧式横向布置,当工件从垂直向一次经过磨头,环状打磨带可以正向和反向两次参与打磨,其去毛刺效率整整提高一倍;其次,由于磨头的侧面与基带平行安装,因此通过调整磨带的上下,就能够方便地调整磨带于工件的间距,从而适用不同厚度工件表面的去毛刺和方便的调节打磨压力。2 、上刷盘套在磨头龙门架立柱上的设计,是本发明的技术特征之二。这样做的目的在于:一是由于上刷盘与升降机构连接,升降机构能够方便地带动上刷盘上下升降,而安装在上刷盘上的上磨头总成中套在上主动鼓轮、上被动鼓轮上的上磨带在上磨头电机的驱动下,不仅能够带动上磨带水平转动,使固定在磨带上的多块磨料块在水平环向转动过程中对工件面上的毛刺进行抛光去刺,而且通过升降机构的调整可以使应不同厚度工件面的去毛刺;二是由于上磨带压轮组中的压板与上磨带升降机构连接,而上磨带升降机构与上刷盘连接且带动上磨带压轮组能够在运动中下压工作,因此当上刷盘根据工件厚度定位后,通过调整上磨带升降机构的升降,可以方便地使上磨带压轮组轮面压在磨带上,迫使磨带与被去刺工件面呈弹性接触,从而达到去毛刺的目的;三是由于套在上主动鼓轮、上被动鼓轮上的上磨带呈水平环向 转动,因此当工件从垂直向一次经过磨头,环状上磨带可以正向和反向两次参与打磨,其去毛刺效率整整提高一倍,效率高。3 、下刷盘位于工作台面下的设计,是本发明的技术特征之三。这样做的目的在于:一是由于下主动鼓轮和下被动鼓轮安装在下刷盘的上方,而下主动鼓轮由位于下刷盘上的下磨头电机驱动,因此套在下主动鼓轮和下被动鼓轮上的下磨带上的磨料块水平转动抛光工件背面时,通过下磨带升降机的调整,迫使与下磨带端面匹配的下磨带压轮组在运动中上顶,使下磨带上的磨料块与工件背面呈弹性接触,从而达到去毛刺的目的;二是由于套在下主动鼓轮、下被动鼓轮上的下磨带呈水平环向转动,因此当工件从垂直向一次经过下磨头时,环状下磨带可以正向和反向两次参与打磨,其去毛刺效率整整提高一倍,效率高,而且更能达到单向多遍不能达到的死角去毛刺的效果。4 、主动鼓轮和被动鼓轮的轮面设计成锥形鼓身的设计,是本发明的技术特征之四。这样做的目的在于:由于带轮的轮面呈锥形,因此套在两鼓轮上磨带在高速旋转过程中,磨带可以得到升降和定位等的有效控制,为了确保磨带中磨料块面与工件呈弹性接触,采用磨带压轮组下压或上顶;当有需要让磨料带离开工作位置时,磨带压轮组与磨带端面分离,磨带自动上升或下降离开工作位置。5 、磨带压轮组的设计,是本发明的技术特征之五。这样做的目的在于:磨带压轮组由压板和压带轮构成,而压板在结构设计上,其一侧呈等间距或非等间距的凸凹结构,并且在凸台部均装有压带轮,压轮的轮面在同一水平面,因此当升降机构驱动压板向上或向下移动时,压板带动位于其上的多个压带轮同步作用在磨带上端面,迫使磨带同步动作,从而达到下压或上顶磨带的目的。6 、压带轮外轮圈直径大于内轮圈直径的设计,是本发明的技术特征之六。这样做的目的在于:由于压带轮外轮圈直径大于内轮圈直径,因此当其作用在磨带上时,其压带轮外轮圈能有效地起到限位的作用,防止磨带偏离压带轮面,确保在运动状态下磨带动态运动高度的一致性。
技术方案 1 :一种磨头可更换式去毛刺机磨料带,它包括环形基带,多个磨头单元侧面等间距或非等间距地与环形基带的带面连接。
技术方案 2 :一种由磨头可更换式去毛刺机磨料带构成的一圈两磨倒角去毛刺机,所述倒角去毛刺机中的机架与工作台之间采用四支撑柱固接,磨头龙门架贯穿工作台,其下端与机架固定连接,上刷盘套在磨头龙门架立柱上且上刷盘通过升降机构由位于磨头龙门架上的电机驱动升降机构带动上刷盘沿立柱升降,上主动鼓轮和上被动鼓轮安装在上刷盘上且上主动鼓轮由位于上刷盘上的上磨头电机驱动,上磨带水平套在上主动鼓轮与上被动鼓轮构成的传动轮上且位于磨头龙门架一侧,上磨带压轮组与上磨带升降机构连接且上磨带升降机构带动上磨带压轮组下压上磨带端面,上磨带升降机构由上磨带电机驱动;下刷盘位于工作台面下,下主动鼓轮和下被动鼓轮安装在下刷盘上且下主动鼓轮由位于下刷盘上的下磨头电机驱动,下磨带水平套在下主动鼓轮与下被动鼓轮构成的传动轮上且位于磨头龙门架另一侧,下磨带压轮组与下磨带升降机构连接且下磨带升降机构带动下磨带压轮组顶压下磨带端面,下磨带升降机构由下磨带电机驱动。
技术方案 3 :一种由磨头可更换式去毛刺机磨料带构成的一圈两磨倒角去毛刺机的去毛刺方法,开机启动,(1)上磨头电机通过驱动上主动鼓轮转动、带动上磨带水平转动;(2)下磨头电机通过驱动下主动鼓轮转动、带动下磨带水平转动;(3)被去毛刺的工件在通过主动送料辊排和上磨带构成的通道时,上磨带每旋转一周,固定在上磨带上的上磨料块在上磨带压轮组的作用下,上磨料块与工件表面呈弹性相触且在上磨头电机及上主动鼓轮的带动下,正反二次完成对工件正面的抛光去毛刺,此时位于工件下方的下磨带在下磨头电机及下主动鼓轮的驱动下每旋转一周,下磨带上的磨料块在下磨带压轮组的顶压作用下,下磨料块与工件表面呈弹性相触且在下磨头电机及下主动鼓轮的带动下,正反二次完成对工件背面的抛光去毛刺。
有益效果
本发明与背景技术相比,一是由于上磨头能够整体沿龙门式导柱上下调整,因而打磨间距调整幅度可达 180mm 以上,能够适用于不同厚度工件的打磨、去毛刺、适用性好,对比背景技术只有 30mm 左右;二是打磨带传动一次,完成正向和反向二次打磨、达到背景技术多遍单向留有死角的弊端。具有打磨、去毛刺、抛光效率高质量好的特点;三是磨头磨损后,更换磨头即可,不会造成基带报废,不仅节省了制造成本,而且避免了原材料的浪费;四是是实现了工件正反面的一次性正反向抛光去毛刺,效率相比背景技术提高一倍;五是不仅实现了磨带上的打磨头水平旋转抛光去毛刺,而且实现了磨带旋转一圈,打磨头二次参与对工件进行抛光去毛刺的目,其去毛刺效率整整提高一倍;六是方便地实现了对不同厚度工件表面的抛光去毛刺;七是实现了磨料块与工件面的弹性接触和自动分离,操作简便,可靠性高。

本发明的实施方式
实施例 1 :参照附图 1-3 。一种磨头可更换式去毛刺机磨料带,它包括环形基带 4-1 ,多个磨头单元 4-2 侧面等间距或非等间距地与环形基带 1 的带面连接。
所述磨头 4-2 由磨头固定体 4-4 和磨料 4-5 构成,磨料 4-5 固植在打磨头固定体 4-4 上。所述磨头 4-2 侧面是指磨头 4-2 中磨头固定体 4-4 的侧面。所述去毛刺磨头 4-5 为金属磨料丝磨头或非金属磨料磨头。所述金属丝磨头是指由多根钢丝或铜丝构成;或所述非金属磨头是指由多片砂条构成或由多层砂带或磨料丝构成。
实施例 2 :参照附图 4-10 。一种一圈两磨倒角去毛刺机,它包括倒角去毛刺机,所述倒角去毛刺机中的机架 1 与工作台 2 之间采用四支撑柱固接,磨头龙门架 9 贯穿工作台 2 ,其下端与机架 1 固定连接,上刷盘 12 套在磨头龙门架 9 立柱上且上刷盘 12 通过升降机构 8 由位于磨头龙门架 9 上的电机 10 驱动升降机构 8 带动上刷盘 12 沿立柱升降,上主动鼓轮 6 和上被动鼓轮 6 安装在上刷盘 12 上且上主动鼓轮 6 由位于上刷盘 12 上的上磨头电机 11 驱动,上磨带 7 水平套在上主动鼓轮 6 与上被动鼓轮 6 构成的传动轮上且位于磨头 龙门架 9 一侧,上磨带压轮组 17 与上磨带升降机构 18 连接且上磨带升降机构 18 带动上磨带压轮组 17 下压上磨带 7 端面,多块磨料块 5 安装在磨带 7 侧面,上磨带升降机构 18 由上磨带电机驱动;下刷盘 3 位于工作台 2 面下,下主动鼓轮和下被动鼓轮安装在下刷盘 3 上且下主动鼓轮由位于下刷盘 3 上的下磨头电机 20 驱动,下磨带 4 水平套在下主动鼓轮与下被动鼓轮构成的传动轮上且位于磨头龙门架 9 另一侧,下磨带压轮组 21 与下磨带升降机构 19 连接且下磨带升降机构 19 带动下磨带压轮组 21 顶压下磨带 4 端面,下磨带升降机构 19 由下磨带电机驱动。所述上主动鼓轮与下主动鼓轮结构相同,上主动鼓轮锥度坡面剖视呈上窄、下宽,而下主动鼓轮锥度坡面剖视与上主动鼓轮相板。所述上磨带压轮组 17 与上磨带 7 端面呈滚动下压配合;下磨带压轮组 21 与下磨带 4 端面呈滚动顶压配合。所述上磨带压轮组与下磨带压轮组结构相同,即由压板 1701 和压带轮 1702 构成,压板 2 主体部分呈等间距或非等间距的凸凹结构 1703 、压板非主体部分为安装柄 1704 ,其凸台部装有压带轮 1702 。所述压带轮 1702 外轮圈直径大于内轮圈直径。所述工作台 2 上设有主动送料辊排 14 且主动送料辊排 14 通过传动机构由送料电机 15 驱动。所述升降机构 8 为蜗轮蜗杆升降机构。
实施例 3 :在实施例 2 的基础上,一种由磨头可更换式去毛刺机磨料带构成的一圈两磨倒角去毛刺机的去毛刺方法,开机启动,(1)上磨头电机 11 通过驱动上主动鼓轮转动、带动上磨带 7 水平转动;(2)下磨头电机 20 通过驱动下主动鼓轮转动、带动下磨带 4 水平转动;(3)被去毛刺的工件在通过主动送料辊排 14 和上磨带 7 构成的通道时,上磨带 7 每旋转一周,固定在上磨带 7 上的上磨料块 5 在上磨带压轮组 17 的作用下,上磨料块与工件表面呈弹性相触且在上磨头电机 11 及上主动鼓轮的带动下,正反二次完成对工件正面的抛光去毛刺,此时位于工件下方的下磨带 7 在下磨头电机 20 及下主动鼓轮的驱动下每旋转一周,下磨带 4 上的磨料块在下磨带压轮组 21 的顶压作用下,下磨料块与工件表面呈弹性相触且在下磨头电机 20 及下主动鼓轮的带动下,二次完成对工件背面的抛光去毛刺。
需要理解到的是:上述实施例虽然对本发明的设计思路作了比较详细的文字描述,但是这些文字描述,只是对本发明设计思路的简单文字描述,而不是对本发明设计思路的限制,任何不超出本发明设计思路的组合、增加或修改,均落入本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (13)

1 、一种磨头可更换式去毛刺机磨料带,它包括环形基带,其特征是:多个磨头单元侧面等间距或非等间距地与环形基带的带面连接。
2 、根据权利要求 1 所述的磨头可更换式去毛刺机磨料带,其特征是:所述磨头由磨头固定体和磨料构成,磨料固植在磨头固定体上。
3 、根据权利要求 2 所述的磨头可更换式去毛刺机磨料带,其特征是:所述去毛刺磨头为金属磨料丝磨头或非金属磨料磨头。
4 、根据权利要求 3 所述的磨头可更换式去毛刺机磨料带,其特征是:所述金属丝磨头是指由多根钢丝或铜丝构成;或所述非金属磨头是指由多片砂条构成或由多层砂带或磨料丝构成。
5 、根据权利要求 1 或 2 所述的磨头可更换式去毛刺机磨料带,其特征是:所述磨头侧面是指磨头中磨头固定体的侧面。
6 、一种由磨头可更换式去毛刺机磨料带构成的一圈两磨倒角去毛刺机,它包括倒角去毛刺机,其特征是:所述倒角去毛刺机中的机架与工作台之间采用四支撑柱固接,磨头龙门架贯穿工作台,其下端与机架固定连接,上刷盘套在磨头龙门架立柱上且上刷盘通过升降机构由位于磨头龙门架上的电机驱动升降机构带动上刷盘沿立柱升降,上主动鼓轮和上被动鼓轮安装在上刷盘上且上主动鼓轮由位于上刷盘上的上磨头电机驱动,上磨带水平套在上主动鼓轮与上被动鼓轮构成的传动轮上且位于磨头龙门架一侧,上磨带压轮组与上磨带升降机构连接且上磨带升降机构带动上磨带压轮组下压上磨带端面,上磨带升降机构由上磨带电机驱动;下刷盘位于工作台面下,下主动鼓轮和下被动鼓轮安装在下刷盘上且下主动鼓轮由位于下刷盘上的下磨头电机驱动,下磨带水平套在下主动鼓轮与下被动鼓轮构成的传动轮上且位于磨头龙门架另一侧,下磨带压轮组与下磨带升降机构连接且下磨带升降机构带动下磨带压轮组顶压下磨带端面,下磨带升降机构由下磨带电机驱动。
7 、根据权利要求 6 所述的由磨头可更换式去毛刺机磨料带构成的一圈两磨倒角去毛刺机,其特征是:所述上主动鼓轮与下主动鼓轮结构相同,上主动鼓轮锥度坡面剖视呈上窄、下宽,而下主动鼓轮锥度坡面剖视与上主动鼓轮相板。
8 、根据权利要求 6 所述的由磨头可更换式去毛刺机磨料带构成的一圈两磨倒角去毛刺机,其特征是:所述上磨带压轮组与上磨带端面呈滚动下压配合;下磨带压轮组与下磨带端面呈滚动顶压配合。
9 、根据权利要求 6 所述的由磨头可更换式去毛刺机磨料带构成的一圈两磨倒角去毛刺机,其特征是:所述上磨带压轮组与下磨带压轮组结构相同,即由压板和压带轮构成,压板呈等间距或非等间距的凸凹结构,其凸台部装有压带轮。
10 、根据权利要求 6 所述的由磨头可更换式去毛刺机磨料带构成的一圈两磨倒角去毛刺机,其特征是:所述压带轮外轮圈直径大于内轮圈直径。
11 、根据权利要求 6 所述的由磨头可更换式去毛刺机磨料带构成的一圈两磨倒角去毛刺机,其特征是:所述工作台上设有主动送料辊排且主动送料辊排通过传动机构由送料电机驱动。
12 、根据权利要求 6 所述的由磨头可更换式去毛刺机磨料带构成的一圈两磨倒角去毛刺机,其特征是:所述升降机构为蜗轮蜗杆升降机构。
13 、一种由磨头可更换式去毛刺机磨料带构成的一圈两磨倒角去毛刺机的去毛刺方法,其特征是:开机启动,(1)上磨头电机通过驱动上主动鼓轮转动、带动上磨带水平转动;(2)下磨头电机通过驱动下主动鼓轮转动、带动下磨带水平转动;(3)被去毛刺的工件在通过主动送料辊排和上磨带构成的通道时,上磨带每旋转一周,固定在上磨带上的上磨料块在上磨带压轮组的作用下,上磨料块与工件表面呈弹性相触且在上磨头电机及上主动鼓轮的带动下,正反二次完成对工件正面的抛光去毛刺,此时位于工件下方的下磨带在下磨头电机及下主动鼓轮的驱动下每旋转一周,下磨带上的磨料块在下磨带压轮组的顶压作用下,下磨料块与工件表面呈弹性相触且在下磨头电机及下主动鼓轮的带动下,正反二次完成对工件背面的抛光去毛刺。
