为达成本发明的前述目的, 本发明提供一种背光模块的灯条定位构造, 其是设于一背光模块的一固定架的一侧壁上, 并包含有多个并排成齿状的夹 固部, 用以稳固夹持定位所述背光模块的一灯条。
为达成前述另一目的, 本发明提供一种背光模块, 其包含:
一固定架;
至少一灯条, 设于所述固定架的一侧壁; 以及
至少一灯条定位构造, 设于所述固定架的侧壁上, 所述灯条定位构造包 含有多个并排成齿状的夹固部, 用以稳固夹持定位所述灯条。
在本发明的一实施例中, 每一所述夹固部呈 L形而具有一较短部及一较 长部, 其中所述较短部的一端是垂直设于所述侧壁上; 而所述较长部则是从 所述较短部的另一端向上延伸出。
在本发明的一实施例中, 所述较长部与所述侧壁呈平行。

请参照图 4所示, 本发明第二实施例的背光模块及其灯条定位构造相似 于本发明第一实施例, 并大致沿用相同组件名称及图号, 但第二实施例的差 异特征在于: 所述第二实施例的固定架 10是一 L形灯条框架, 其适当固定 于所述背光模块的一背板 100内, 所述固定架 10及背板 100皆是由铝、 铜、 铁或其它金属材料制成,且所述固定架 10的夹固部 110可以由冲压加工所述 垂直部 13所制成, 或是直接由铝挤成型方式直接成形, 但并不限于此。在所 述第二实施例中,所述固定架 10的夹固部 110是相同于所述第一实施例的夹 固部 110, 因此同样具有方便组装所述灯条 40及稳固定位所述导光板 20的 效用。
综上所述, 相较于现有背光模块虽能以螺丝锁附或是导热胶带粘贴的方 是稳固地将一灯条安装在一固定架上, 但当所述灯条损坏需要更换时, 所述 安装方式将不利于拆卸, 且很可能导致所述背光模块的其它部件污损, 图 3 的本发明背光模块通过在所述固定架 10 的侧壁上设置所述多个夹固部 110 来构成所述灯条定位构造 11, 以所述多个夹固部 110确实可以有效且方便固 定所述灯条 40, 同时也方便拆卸, 进而可提高背光模块组装的效率以及后续 维护的便利性。
本发明已由上述相关实施例加以描述, 然而上述实施例仅为实施本发明 的范例。 必需指出的是, 已公开的实施例并未限制本发明的范围。 相反地, 包含于权利要求书的精神及范围的修改及均等设置均包括于本发明的范围 内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种背光模块的灯条定位构造,其特征在于:所述灯条定位构造是设于一 背光模块的一固定架的一侧壁上, 并包含有多个并排成齿状的夹固部,用 以稳固夹持定位所述背光模块的一灯条; 其中每一所述夹固部呈 L形而 具有一较短部及一较长部, 其中所述较短部的一端是垂直设于所述侧壁 上; 而所述较长部则是从所述较短部的另一端向上延伸出, 且所述较长部 与所述侧壁呈平行;所述灯条包含一电路基板及多个发光件,所述电路基 板的一长边是抵靠在所述多个夹固部的较短部上,所述电路基板受到所述 侧壁及所述多个夹固部的较长部所夹固;所述多个发光件是呈间隔排列而 设于所述电路基板上,其中每一所述发光件是位于两相邻的所述夹固部之 间。
2. 一种背光模块的灯条定位构造,其特征在于:所述灯条定位构造是设于一 背光模块的一固定架的一侧壁上, 并包含有多个并排成齿状的夹固部,用 以稳固夹持定位所述背光模块的一灯条。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的背光模块的灯条定位构造,其特征在于:每一所述夹 固部呈 L形而具有一较短部及一较长部, 其中所述较短部的一端是垂直 设于所述侧壁上; 而所述较长部则是从所述较短部的另一端向上延伸出。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的背光模块的灯条定位构造,其特征在于:所述较长部 与所述侧壁呈平行。
5. 如权利要求 3所述的背光模块的灯条定位构造,其特征在于:所述灯条包 含一电路基板及多个发光件,所述电路基板的一长边是抵靠在所述多个夹 固部的较短部上,所述电路基板受到所述侧壁及所述多个夹固部的较长部 所夹固;所述多个发光件是呈间隔排列而设于所述电路基板上,其中每一 所述发光件是位于两相邻的所述夹固部之间。
6. 如权利要求 2所述的背光模块的灯条定位构造,其特征在于:所述固定架 是一灯条框架或一背光模块的一背板。
7. 如权利要求 2所述的背光模块的灯条定位构造,其特征在于:所述固定架 包含至少一垂直部; 所述侧壁是所述至少一垂直部的内侧面。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的背光模块的灯条定位构造,其特征在于:所述固定架 进一歩包含一水平部,所述至少一垂直部是从所述水平部的至少一侧缘向 上延伸出。
9. 一种背光模块, 其特征在于: 所述背光模块包含:
一固定架;
至少一灯条, 固定于所述固定架的一侧壁; 以及
至少一灯条定位构造, 设于所述侧壁上,所述灯条定位构造包含有多个并 排成齿状的夹固部, 用以稳固夹持定位所述灯条。
10.如权利要求 9所述的背光模块,其特征在于:所述固定架是一背板或一灯 条框架。
11.如权利要求 9所述的背光模块, 其特征在于: 每一所述夹固部呈 L形而 具有一较短部及一较长部, 其中所述较短部的一端是垂直设于所述侧壁; 而所述较长部则是从所述较短部的另一端向上延伸出。
12.如权利要求 11所述的背光模块, 其特征在于: 所述较长部与所述侧壁呈 平行。
13.如权利要求 11所述的背光模块, 其特征在于: 所述灯条包含一电路基板 及多个发光件,所述电路基板的一长边是抵靠在所述多个夹固部的较短部 上,所述电路基板受到所述侧壁及所述多个夹固部的较长部所夹固;所述 多个发光件是呈间隔排列而设于所述电路基板上,其中每一所述发光件是 位于两相邻的所述夹固部之间。
14.如权利要求 11所述的背光模块, 其特征在于: 进一歩包含一导光板, 所 述导光板的一侧缘是抵靠于所述多个夹固部的较长部。
