Abstract
Description
本発明の第1の実施形態に係る太陽電池モジュール1について、図1乃至図4を用いて説明する。
太陽電池パネル2は、図3に示すように、主として光を受光する受光面2a(透光性基板5の一主面)と該受光面2aの裏面に相当する非受光面2b(裏面保護部材9の一主面)とを有している。そして、太陽電池パネル2は、受光面2a側から順に、透光性基板5と、熱硬化性樹脂よりなる一対の充填材6と、複数の太陽電池素子8とを備える。透光性基板5は、太陽電池モジュールの基板として機能し、充填材6は、複数の太陽電池素子8の周囲を保護する。複数の太陽電池素子8は、インナーリード7で電気的に接続されている。なお、本実施形態では、太陽電池素子8が光電変換部に相当する。
保持部材3は、太陽電池パネル2を保持する機能を有する、保持部材3は、太陽電池パネル2の外周部に配置され、枠状である。この保持部材3は、図2に示すように、太陽電池パネル2が嵌合する嵌合部3aと、嵌合部3aに接続されるとともにバイパスダイオード14が放熱板13を介して固定される固定部3dとを備える。固定部3dは、底面3cと、太陽電池パネル2の内側に面する内周面3bとを有する。内周面3bは、太陽電池パネル2の端部よりも内方に位置するとともに、バイパスダイオード14が対向するように配置される。また、この内周面3bは、太陽電池パネル2の主面に対して垂直である。
端子ボックス4は、図4に示すように、上面が開口した箱状の筐体11と、この筐体11の開口した上面を塞ぐ蓋体12と、この筐体11の一側面に配置される放熱板13と、を有している。端子ボックス4の内部には、バイパスダイオード14とターミナル16とが収納される。バイパスダイオード14は、端子ボックス4内において、後述する放熱板13の第1主面13aに配置されている。ターミナル16は、出力リード10、バイパスダイオード14および出力ケーブル15間を電気的に接続する。
本発明の第2の実施形態に係る太陽電池モジュール1Aについて、図5を用いて説明する。太陽電池モジュール1Aは、バイパスダイオード14と保持部材3との間の構成において、第1実施形態に係る太陽電池モジュール1と異なる。具体的には、第2実施形態に係る太陽電池モジュール1Aは、バイパスダイオード14の通電部と保持部材3との間に二重絶縁を施した構成を有する。
本発明の第3の実施形態に係る太陽電池モジュール1Bについて、図6を用いて説明する。太陽電池モジュール1Bは、絶縁層21と放熱板13とが接触する形態において、第2実施形態に係る太陽電池モジュール1Aと異なる。具体的には、第3実施形態に係る太陽電池モジュール1Bでは、絶縁層21が筐体11の第1貫通孔11aの内側で放熱板13と接触している。
本発明の第4の実施形態に係る太陽電池モジュール1Cについて、図7を用いて説明する。太陽電池モジュール1Cは、絶縁層21の配置形態において、第1実施形態に係る太陽電池モジュール1と異なる。具体的には、第4実施形態に係る太陽電池モジュール1Cでは、二重絶縁を行うために、絶縁層21が第1貫通孔11aの内側で第1放熱板13cと第2放熱板13dとの間に挟持されている。
このように第1貫通孔11aの内側で第1放熱板13cと第2放熱板13dとの間に絶縁層21が挟持されていることにより、絶縁層21の劣化を低減し、二重絶縁の信頼性を高めることができる。
本発明の第5の実施形態に係る太陽電池モジュール1Dについて、図8を用いて説明する。太陽電池モジュール1Dは、放熱板13の構成において、第1実施形態に係る太陽電池モジュール1と異なる。具体的には、第5実施形態に係る太陽電池モジュール1Dでは、放熱板13として、絶縁性と高い熱伝導性を有する複合材料を用いている。
本発明の第6の実施形態に係る太陽電池モジュール1Eについて、図9を用いて説明する。太陽電池モジュール1Eは、バイパスダイオード14と保持部材3との間の構成において、第1実施形態に係る太陽電池モジュール1と異なる。具体的には、第6実施形態に係る太陽電池モジュール1Eでは、図9に示すように、絶縁テープ24が放熱板13とバイパスダイオード14との間に配置されている。さらに、バイパスダイオード14を固定するネジ18の材質が樹脂であってもよい。
本発明の第7の実施形態に係る太陽電池モジュール1Fについて、説明する。太陽電池モジュール1Fは、放熱板13の材質において、第1実施形態に係る太陽電池モジュール1と異なる。具体的には、第7実施形態に係る太陽電池モジュール1Fでは、放熱板13の材質が絶縁性を有する物質である。より具体的には、放熱板13の材質が窒化アルミニウムである。放熱板13の材質として用いられる絶縁性を有する物質としては、窒化アルミニウム以外には、炭化ケイ素などがある。

Claims (15)
- 内部に光電変換部を有する太陽電池パネルと、
該太陽電池パネルの外周部に配置され、前記太陽電池パネルを保持する保持部材と、
前記太陽電池パネルから離間して前記保持部材に配置されている放熱板と、
前記太陽電池パネルから離間するように前記放熱板に取り付けられているとともに前記光電変換部と電気的に接続されているバイパスダイオードとを備え、
前記バイパスダイオードの前記放熱板への取付面は、前記保持部材と対向するように配置されている、太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記保持部材は、前記太陽電池パネルが嵌合する嵌合部と、該嵌合部と接続されるとともに前記バイパスダイオードが固定される固定部とを有しており、
該固定部は、前記太陽電池パネルの端部よりも内方に位置するとともに前記バイパスダイオードが対向するように配置される内周面を有している、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記バイパスダイオードを収納する筐体をさらに備え、
前記放熱板は、前記バイパスダイオードが配置されている第1主面と、前記保持部材に固定されている第2主面とを有しており、該第2主面が前記筐体から露出している、請求項2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記放熱板は、前記第2主面の全面が前記保持部材の前記内周面と接触している、請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記放熱板の熱伝導率は、前記筐体の熱伝導率よりも大きい、請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記放熱板と前記保持部材との間に配置される樹脂層をさらに備え、
該樹脂層は、樹脂材料と、金属粒子およびセラミックス粒子の少なくともいずれか一方とを含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記放熱板の厚みは、前記筐体の厚みよりも大きい、請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記バイパスダイオードから前記保持部材までの距離D1は、前記バイパスダイオードから前記太陽電池パネルまでの距離D2よりも小さい、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記放熱板と前記保持部材との間に配置される絶縁層をさらに備えている、請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記放熱板のうち前記筐体の外側に位置する部分と前記絶縁層とを覆うように配置された樹脂層をさらに備えている、請求項9に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記筐体は、前記保持部材の前記内周面に対向する開口部を有する第1貫通孔を有しており、前記絶縁層は、前記筐体の前記第1貫通孔内で前記放熱板と接触している、請求項9に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記放熱板は、樹脂材料と、窒化ホウ素、窒化アルミニウムおよびアルミナの少なくともいずれか一方を含む熱導電性フィラーと、を含有している、請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記熱導電性フィラーは、前記放熱板の前記第1主面と前記第2主面とを接続する繊維である、請求項12に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記バイパスダイオードと前記放熱板との間に配置される絶縁テープをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 内部に光電変換部を有する太陽電池パネルと、
該太陽電池パネルの外周部に配置され、前記太陽電池パネルを保持する保持部材と、
前記太陽電池パネルと熱的に接続されておらず、前記保持部材と熱的に接続されている放熱板と、
前記光電変換部に電気的に接続されるバイパスダイオードとを備え、
該バイパスダイオードは、前記放熱板に取り付けられて前記保持部材と対向するように配置されている取付面を有している、太陽電池モジュール。
