Abstract
Description
先ず、図13に示すように、導電性金属板材を打ち抜き加工してフラット形状で、且つ、後に折り曲げられる折曲部61aを有するヒューズエレメント61を作製する。次に、図14に示すように、フラット形状のヒューズエレメント61をインサート部品としてインサート成形によって絶縁樹脂部70を形成する。次に、第1及び第2端子用接続部63,64の絶縁樹脂部70の箇所にボルト67を圧入する。次に、ヒューズエレメント61を折曲部61aで略直角に折り曲げる。以上より、図12に示すヒューズユニット60の製造が完了する。

先ず、図7に示すように、導電性金属板材を所定形状に打ち抜き加工してフラット形状で、且つ、後に折り曲げられる折曲部11aを有するヒューズエレメント11を作製する。ヒューズエレメント11の適所には、後で切断する連結ブリッジ部11bが設けられている。ヒューズエレメント11は、この連結ブリッジ部11bによって強度が確保されている。

- バッテリのバッテリポストに固定されて給電を受け、前記バッテリの上面に沿って配置される給電用接続部と、端子が接続される端子用接続部と、前記給電用接続部と前記端子用接続部の間に介在される可溶部とを有する導電性金属材のヒューズエレメントと、
前記ヒューズエレメントの外面に配置された絶縁樹脂部と、を備えたヒューズユニットであって、
前記ヒューズエレメントが前記給電用接続部と前記端子用接続部の間の位置で上方に向かって折り曲げられ、前記端子用接続部が前記バッテリの上面より上方位置で、且つ、前記バッテリの側面方向に沿って配置されたヒューズユニット。 - 請求項1記載のヒューズユニットであって、
前記ヒューズエレメントは、前記可溶部と前記端子用接続部の間の位置で折曲される。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載のヒューズユニットであって、
前記絶縁樹脂部は、前記端子用接続部の下方位置に電線保持部を有する。 - 請求項1記載のヒューズユニットであって、
前記可溶部と前記端子用接続部は複数設けられ、全ての前記可溶部は前記給電用接続部の並列位置にそれぞれ配置され、前記各可溶部と前記各端子用接続部の間の位置で前記ヒューズエレメントが折曲される。
