Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé et un système de détection de données individuelles d'émission et/ou de consommation pour un utilisateur. Un moyen de contrôle est associé à l'utilisateur pour la détection, lors d'une action de l'utilisateur, des données d'émission et/ou de consommation produites de manière individualisée pour l'utilisateur. Les données d'émission et/ou de consommation produites pour une action sont déterminées par une unité de détermination et comptabilisées par une unité de comptabilisation sur le moyen de contrôle. Le procédé et le système permettent l'autorisation d'actions (par exemple des trajets avec une automobile, avec le train ou des voyages aériens) pour un utilisateur, sur la base des données individuelles d'émission et/ou de consommation produites lors de l'action.
