Abstract
L'invention porte sur un procédé pour produire une feuille de résine avec une irrégularité d'épaisseur, lequel procédé comprend : une étape d'extrusion (112) au cours de laquelle une résine fondue est extrudée à partir d'une matrice (12) sous forme de feuille ; une étape de formation de feuille (114) au cours de laquelle la feuille de résine fondue extrudée (14a) est prise en sandwich entre un rouleau de matrice (16) et un rouleau pinceur (18) afin de transférer une forme de surface du rouleau de matrice (16) sur la feuille de résine fondue (14a), cette feuille étant refroidie et solidifiée de façon à former une feuille de résine (14) ; une étape d'arrachage (115), au cours de laquelle la feuille de résine (14) est arrachée d'un rouleau de libération (20) ; et une étape de transport (117), au cours de laquelle la feuille de résine (14) est tirée et transportée avec des rouleaux d'enlèvement (24). Si l'espacement maximal dans la direction de la largeur de la feuille de résine entre le rouleau pinceur (18) et le rouleau de matrice (16) est exprimé par a [mm] et que l'espacement maximal dans la direction entre le rouleau de matrice (16) et le rouleau de libération (20) est exprimé par b [mm], alors, a et b satisfont à a ≤ b ≤ a + 0,3.
