Abstract
L'invention concerne un profilé connecteur (1) pour la connexion étanche à l'air de deux sections d'un canal d'air, conçu en tant que profilé creux dont la section transversale est essentiellement en forme de L, à partir de tôle pliée. Les jambes de L (2, 3) du profilé connecteur (1) sont à double paroi et présentent respectivement une paroi intérieure (4, 5) et une paroi extérieure (6, 7). Les parois (4, 6) de la première jambe de L (2) forment une cavité d'insertion ouverte sur l'extrémité pour l'insertion d'une paroi d'une des sections de canal d'air. Les parois (5, 7) de la deuxième jambe de L (3) forment une chambre de réception (8) pour la réception d'une jambe d'une pièce d'angle (17). La deuxième jambe de L (3) présente, sur sa paroi intérieure (5) orientée vers la fente de séparation entre les sections de canal d'air, une rainure de bourrelet (9) s'étendant le long de l'extension longitudinale du profilé connecteur (1), s'étendant dans le profilé connecteur jusqu'à la paroi extérieure (7) de la deuxième jambe de L (3), guidant la paroi de la section de canal d'air lors de son insertion dans la cavité d'insertion, et présentant une crête (11). L'invention vise à mettre en oeuvre un profilé connecteur présentant de meilleures propriétés de stabilité et d'étanchéité. A cet effet, la paroi extérieure (7) de la deuxième jambe de L (3) présente, dans la zone de transition vers la paroi extérieure (6) de la première jambe de L (2), une section intermédiaire (18) de forme courbée vers l'extérieur et arrondie, complémentaire à la rainure de bourrelet (9). Après soudage avec une paroi de la section de canal d'air, insérée dans la cavité d'insertion, le profilé connecteur est déformé de telle manière que la crête (11) de la rainure de bourrelet (9) est comprimée de façon plane contre la paroi extérieure (7) de la deuxième jambe de L (3) dans la zone de la section intermédiaire (18).
