Abstract
Ein Verfahren zum Diffusionsbeschichten einer Oberfläche eines metallischen Substrats mit Zink umfasst die Schritte: a1) Aufbringen einer Suspension, welche eine Flüssigkeit und Zink und/oder eine Zinklegierung als Diffusionsquelle bzw. Zinkspender enthält, auf die zu beschichtende Oberfläche des Substrats, oder a2) Aufbringen einer Flüssigkeit auf die zu beschichtende Oberfläche des Substrats und anschließend Aufbringen von Zink und/oder einer Zinklegierung als Diffusionsquelle bzw. Zinkspender auf die Flüssigkeit, und b) Trocknen des in dem Schritt a1) oder a2) erhaltenen Substrats, c) Durchführen einer Wärmebehandlung des in dem Schritt b) erhaltenen Substrats bei einer Temperatur zwischen 200 und 500°C, aber unterhalb der Schmelztemperatur der Diffusionsquelle unter einer Schutzgasatmosphäre sowie d) Entfernen der in dem Schritt a1) oder a2) aufgebrachten Mischung.
