Abstract

【課題】プラスチックレンズのような光学樹脂基材の表面に透明性及び耐擦傷性に優れたハードコート層を形成し得る、しかも、長期の保存安定性を示すコーティング組成物を提供する。 【解決手段】複合金属酸化物微粒子(A)、γ―グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシランなどのエポキシ基含有有機珪素化合物(B1)を含む加水分解性有機珪素化合物(B)が加水分解されて得られる加水分解物(B')、水(C)、メタノールやエタノールなどの炭素数が3以下の低沸点低粘性アルコール(D1)、t-ブタノール等の低沸点高粘性アルコール(D2)、ジアセトンアルコールなどの沸点が150℃以上200℃未満の高沸点有機溶媒(D3)、およびトリス(2,4-ペンタンジオナトアルミニウム(III)などの硬化性触媒(E)を含有し、しかも、(D1)成分と(C)成分との質量比(D1/C)が1.80~7.00の範囲、(D2)成分と(C)成分との質量比(D2/C)が0.24~2.50の範囲、(D3)成分と(C)成分との質量比(D3/C)が1.10~4.40の範囲となるように各成分を含有するコーティング組成物。
