Abstract

본 발명은 안테나 인서트형 휴대 단말기용 안테나모듈 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 안테나모듈의 생산이 용이하도록 하며 안테나모듈의 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 휴대 단말기용 안테나모듈의 제조에 있어서, 안테나 방사체를 1 축 이상의 곡면을 가지며 도전금속판재로 구성하고, 상기 안테나 방사체가 결속되는 안테나심재을 사출성형한 후 상기 안테나심재을 인서트 한상태에서 안테나심재의 노출 측 일측 외면에 커버을 사출성형하여 제조한 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명은 휴대 단말기용 안테나모듈의 제조에 있어서 안테나 방사체가 결속되는 안테나심재을 인서트 한 상태에서 안테나심재의 노출 측 일측 외면에 커버가 사출 성형되게 함으로써, 안테나모듈의 두께가 균일하게 형성되고 무게, 부피, 면적이 줄어들어 단말기 하우징의 경량화, 슬림화가 동시에 해소되고, 하나의 하우징에 다수의 안테나 방사체를 내장할 수 있어 기존 (각각의 안테나를 제조하여 부착) 안테나에 비해 제조 공정이 간소화되어 전체 단말기 하우징 제조에 있어 품질, 가격경쟁력을 확보되는 것이다.
