Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种天线连接结构及其电子产品,属于通讯领域。该天线连接结构包括天线及IML(In-Mold Decoration,模内装饰技术)模片,所述IML模片上粘贴有所述天线,所述天线外围的IML膜片上设有注塑层。本实用新型还公开了一种电子产品,包括所述的天线连接结构。所述电子产品为手机。本实用新型采用IML模片上粘贴天线,消除了天线组装厚度,使产品的厚度小;在天线周围的IML模片上设置注塑层,在保证天线牢固固定的同时,保证了产品的强度;同时,功能上增加NFC天线的识别距离。

一种天线连接结构及其电子产品
技术领域
本实用新型属于通讯领域,特别涉及一种天线连接结构及其电子产品。
背景技术
NFC(Near Field Communication,近距离无线通信)移动支付技术现在越来越多的运用在手机上,为实现这一功能,组装上需要增加一个NFC天线,天线厚度为0.2-0.5mm左右。
目前NFC天线在手机上的组装方式有两种。第一种:将NFC天线贴在电池盖内侧上;另一种:将NFC天线贴在电池表面。
两种方式均使整机厚度增加0.2-0.5mm左右;且采用第一种方式长时间使用NFC天线容易脱落,可靠性差。采用第二种方式只能使用原装电池,不能使用第三方电池,使用受到限制。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供了一种厚度小、结合牢固的天线连接结构。
本实用新型还提供一种电子产品。
为了实现上述目的,一方面是:
一种天线连接结构,包括天线及IML(In-Mould-Label,模内装饰成型技术)模片,所述IML模片上粘贴有所述天线,所述天线外围的IML膜片上设有注塑层。
结合第一方面,在第一种可能实现的方式中,所述天线四周的IML膜片上设有注塑层。
结合第一种可能实现的方式,在第二种可能实现的方式中,所述注塑层的厚度比天线的厚度大0.2~0.4mm。
结合第一方面,在第三种可能实现的方式中,所述天线的下表面及四周的4个面均设有注塑层。
结合第三种可能实现的方式,在第四种可能实现的方式中,所述天线的上表面设有注塑层,所述天线上表面的2个信号接触点裸露在所述注塑层外。
结合第一方面、第一种可能实现的方式、第二种可能实现的方式、第三种可能实现的方式及第四种可能实现的方式,在第五种可能实现的方式中,所述天线为近距离无线通信NFC天线。
结合第五种可能实现的方式,在第六种可能实现的方式中,所述NFC天线为硬板NFC天线。
另一方面是:
本实用新型还提供一种电子产品,包括所述的天线连接结构。
结合另一方面,在第一种可能实现的方式中,所述电子产品为手机。
本实用新型实施例提供的技术方案的有益效果是:
本实用新型采用IML模片上粘贴天线,消除了天线组装厚度,使产品的厚度小;在天线周围的IML模片上设置注塑层,在保证天线牢固固定的同时,保证了产品的强度。

具体实施方式
为使本实用新型的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本实用新型实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
参见图1,一种天线连接结构,包括天线1及IML模片2,IML模片2上粘贴有天线1,天线1外围的IML膜片2上设有注塑层3。
本实用新型在IML模片上粘贴天线,减小了产品组装的厚度,在IML模片与天线的结合处保证了产品的强度,在天线周围的IML模片上设置注塑层,保证产品的整个强度及天线与IML模片的结合力,使天线不易脱落,提高了使用可靠性。
本实施例是在上述实施例的基础上,天线1四周的IML膜片2上设有注塑层3。
本实施例仅在天线四周设置注塑层,将天线固定在IML膜片上。
本实施例是在上述实施例的基础上,天线1四周的注塑层3的厚度比天线1的厚度大0.2mm以上。优选为0.2-0.4mm之间。
本实施例注塑层3的厚度比天线1的厚度大,天线组装后,可增加天线5-10mm的识别距离。
本实施例是在上述实施例的基础上,天线1的下表面及四周的4个面均设有注塑层3。
本实施例的天线一般会设置在电池安装区,在注塑的过程中,塑件会将天线5个面都包裹,结合力会更好。
本实施例是在上述实施例的基础上,天线1的上表面也可以设有注塑层3,天线1上表面的2个信号接触点裸露在注塑层3外。
也可以采用天线全部被注塑层包裹,此时则需要将天线的2个信号接触点裸露出来,以便天线与手机主板接通。全部包裹结合力会很强,但同时会增加整体厚度,一般只包裹5个面,其结合力也会很好。
本实用新型的天线为NFC天线。优选硬板NFC天线。
硬板NFC天线可增加产品的整体强度。
本实用新型还提供一种电子产品,该电子产品中使用所述的天线连接结构。
该电子产品可以为手机。
参见图2,本实用新型的组装加工过程:
1):使用业界通用的硬板NFC天线;
2):先将NFC天线与IML膜片贴合;
3):将贴合好的组件放在模具内注塑;
生产流程参见图2:
IML膜20上设有印刷层21,对设有印刷层21的IML膜20依次进行热压成型和冲贴,得到IML膜片2,然后IML膜片2与NFC天线1贴合,再将贴合后的产品放入到模具4中,模具4合模,模具4内注入塑胶,注塑成型,形成塑胶层3,最后模具4开模,产品取出,得到成品,即本实用新型的天线连接结构。
加工后的成品可以作为手机的后盖使用。
本实用新型具有以下的优点:
1、本实用新型设计上消除了NFC天线组装厚度,而且保证了产品的强度;
2、可增加NFC天线5-10mm的识别距离;
3、本实用新型中NFC天线为硬板,天线材料硬度比注塑层的塑胶要好,因此会增加整个天线结构形成壳体的整体强度,从而保证了产品的强度。
设计上用NFC天线替代部分塑胶,从而达到节省塑胶材料的目的。
4、NFC天线与IML膜片先贴合,后一起再做模内注塑,保证了NFC天线与IML膜片之间的结合力。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本实用新型,凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种天线连接结构,其特征在于,包括天线及模内装饰成型技术IML模片,所述IML模片上粘贴有所述天线,所述天线外围的IML膜片上设有注塑层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的天线连接结构,其特征在于,所述天线四周的IML膜片上设有注塑层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的天线连接结构,其特征在于,所述注塑层的厚度比天线的厚度大0.2-0.4mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的天线连接结构,其特征在于,所述天线的下表面及四周的4个面均设有注塑层
5.根据权利要求4所述的天线连接结构,其特征在于,所述天线的上表面设有注塑层,所述天线上表面的2个信号接触点裸露在所述注塑层外。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的天线连接结构,其特征在于,所述天线为近距离无线通信NFC天线。
7.根据权利要求6所述的天线连接结构,其特征在于,所述NFC天线为硬板NFC天线。
8.一种电子产品,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-7任一项所述的天线连接结构。
9.根据权利要求8所述的电子产品,其特征在于,所述电子产品为手机。
