Abstract

본 발명은 제1 전극, 제2 전극, 및 이들 2개의 전극 사이에 배치된 발광층을 포함하는 2층 이상의 유기물층을 포함하는 유기발광소자에 있어서, 상기 유기물층은 LUMO 에너지 레벨이 -4eV 이하인 물질을 포함하는 제1 정공 주입 또는 수송층 및 상기 제1 정공 주입 또는 수송층에 접하는 HOMO 에너지 레벨이 -4 eV 이하인 물질과 LUMO 에너지 레벨이 -4eV 이하인 물질을 포함하는 제2 정공 주입 또는 수송층을 포함하는 것인 유기발광소자 및 이의 제조방법을 제공한다.
