Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé pour prévenir l'adhésion non spécifique d'un matériau organique à la surface d'un matériau qui constitue un outil utilisé dans une expérience portant sur un échantillon biologique qui contient des protéines. L'invention décrit spécifiquement un procédé de traitement de surface permettant de produire une surface à liaison faible. Le procédé consiste à soumettre la surface d'une phase solide à un traitement d'oxydation pour introduire un groupe fonctionnel contenant de l'oxygène dans la surface; et activer chimiquement la surface traitée pour rendre la surface réactive, et, ultérieurement, traiter la surface avec un dérivé du polyalkylène glycol ou un polypeptide qui peut réagir avec la surface.
