Abstract

 炭素質基材は、(002)回折線を少なくとも二つ以上有し、かつ、面間隔の異なる結晶子を備えた複合プロファイルを有する。また、X線回折図形において、2θ=10°~30°に現れる(002)回折線の形状が非対称であり、且つ、少なくとも2θ=26°を中心とする回折線と2θ=26°よりも低角の回折線の2本の成分図形を有する。また、X線回折から得られた層間距離d002が0.34nm以上の結晶を含み、且つ、結晶子サイズLc002が20nm以下である回折線を含んでいる。さらに、フッ素電解用電極は、この炭素質基材上に、ダイヤモンド薄膜が形成されている。
