zLuOvNw (M1はMn、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm及びYbからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種類の付活元素を示し、M2はSr、Ca、Mg及びZnから選ばれる少なくとも1種類の二価の金属元素を示し、Lは周期律表第4族又は14族に属する金属元素から選ばれる金属元素を示し、0.00001≦x≦3、0≦y≦2.99999、2.6≦x+y+z≦3、0<u≦11、6<v≦25、0<w≦17である。)
