Abstract

 誘電体磁器を構成する結晶が、カルシウム濃度が0.2原子%以下の結晶粒子からなる第1の結晶群と、カルシウム濃度が0.4原子%以上の結晶粒子からなる第2の結晶群とからなり、第1の結晶群を構成する結晶粒子の表層部に対して中央部に含まれるマグネシウム、第1希土類元素の各濃度比が、第2の結晶群を構成する結晶粒子の同濃度比よりも大きく、かつ誘電体磁器の表面を研磨したときの研磨面において、前記第1の結晶群の結晶粒子の面積をa、前記第2の結晶群の結晶粒子の面積をbとしたときに、b/(a+b)比が0.5~0.8である。
