Abstract

 平均流速の計測精度を向上できる超音波式流体計測装置の多層流路部材および超音波式流体計測装置を提供する。  超音波式流体計測装置10の角筒状の計測流路14aに配置される多層流路部材30を、流れ方向に沿ったフレーム31に取り付けた仕切板32によって複数の扁平流路14eに区画する際に、計測流路14aの内面15f、17aに仕切板32が対面するように設けた。このため、仕切板32が露出して計測流路14aの内面15f、17aに対面するので、露出した仕切板32と計測流路14aの内面15f、17aとの間が最上段あるいは最下段の扁平流路14eとなる。従って、従来のように、多層流路部材30を構成するフレーム31と計測流路14aの内面15f、17aとの間に流体が流れ込んで、計測精度を低下させるという問題が生じず、これにより計測精度を向上できる。
