Abstract

 オフセット補正の精度を落とすことなく、補正時間を短縮することのできる放射線画像検出装置を提供する。  電荷を生成し蓄積するフォトダイオード152と、フォトダイオード152において、放射線が照射されたときに生成する電荷を蓄積時間T0の間蓄積させた後、蓄積した電荷を撮像信号として読み出す信号読出し回路17と、フォトダイオード152において、放射線が照射されないときに生成する電荷を蓄積時間T1の間蓄積させた後、蓄積した電荷をオフセット信号として読み出す信号読出し回路17と、撮像信号に対して、オフセット信号をT0/T1倍した補正信号に基づくオフセット補正を行う画像データ補正部28と、を備えている。
