Abstract

Provided is a radio ray image detection device which can reduce a correction time without lowering the offset correction accuracy. The radio ray image detection device includes: a photo diode (152) which generates and accumulates electric charges; a signal read-out circuit (17) which reads out an accumulated electric charge as an imaging signal after accumulating the electric charge generated when the radio ray is applied for an accumulation time T0 in the photo diode (152); the signal read-out circuit (17) which reads out an accumulated electric charge as an offset signal after accumulating the electric charge generated when no radio ray isapplied for an accumulation time T1 in the photo diode (152); and an image data correction unit (28) which performs an offset correction based on a correction signal obtained by multiplying the offset signal by T0/T1 for the imaging signal.
