Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de détection d'image par rayon radio qui peut réduire une durée de correction sans diminuer la précision de la correction de décalage. Le dispositif de détection d'image par rayon radio inclut : une photodiode (152) qui génère et accumule des charges électriques, un circuit de lecture de signal (17) qui prélève une charge électrique accumulée comme signal de formation d'image après avoir accumulé la charge électrique générée lorsque le rayon radio est appliqué pendant une durée d'accumulation T0 dans la photodiode (152), le circuit de lecture de signal (17) qui prélève une charge électrique accumulée comme signal de décalage après avoir accumulé la charge électrique générée lorsque aucun rayon radio n'est appliqué pendant une durée d'accumulation T1 dans la photodiode (152), ainsi qu'une unité de correction de données d'image (28) qui effectue une correction de décalage sur la base d'un signal de correction obtenu en multipliant le signal de décalage par T0/T1 pour le signal de formation d'image.
