Abstract
従来より大きい圧電定数を示し室温付近(10°C~40°C)に2次相転移点を有しない、KNbO3-NaNbO3系圧電磁器組成物の提供。ニオブ酸カリウム・ナトリウムを(KxNa1-x)NbO3、ニオブ酸リチウムをLiNbO3、チタン酸ストロンチウムをSrTiO3、鉄酸ビスマスをBiFeO3としたときに、(1-y-z-w)(KxNa1-x)NbO3+yLiNbO3+zSrTiO3+wBiFeO3(ただし、0.4<x<0.6、0<y≦0.1、0<z<0.1、0<w<0.09、0.03<y+z+w≦0.12である。)で表される圧電磁器組成物。
