Abstract

 高誘電性でかつ薄膜化が可能であり、しかも巻付き性(可撓性)にも優れ、誘電損失の小さい高誘電性フィルムであって、フッ化ビニリデン系ポリマー(A)、および式:MaTibOc(Mは周期表の第2周期から第5周期までの2族金属元素;aは0.9~1.1;bは0.9~1.1;cは2.8~3.2である)で示される複合酸化物粒子(B)を含んでなり、フッ化ビニリデン系ポリマー(A)100質量部に対して、複合酸化物粒子(B)を10~500質量部含む高誘電性フィルムを提供する。
