Abstract

Afin de minimiser le désalignement et la déviation du parallélisme du centre des plateaux à cause de la dilatation thermique, le dispositif de serrage de moule d'une machine de moulage par injection supportant les plateaux sur la base de la machine au moyen d'un élément de support comprend des moyens de suppression de l'augmentation de la température (33, 51) d'un matériau d'isolation thermique ou d'un matériau de protection thermique qui supporte un plateau fixe (11) et un plateau mobile (13), à une position de hauteur sensiblement centrale dans la direction verticale, au moyen d'éléments de support (21, 23), de manière symétrique depuis les côtés opposés, ou comprend des moyens de réduction de la dilatation thermique d'un matériau à faible coefficient de dilatation thermique. Dans un dispositif de serrage de moule préféré, un plateau arrière (12) est également supporté, à une position de hauteur sensiblement centrale dans la direction verticale, au moyen d'un élément de support (122), de manière symétrique sur les côtés opposés depuis la base de la machine, et l'élément de support du plateau arrière est composé d'un matériau à faible coefficient de dilatation thermique.
