Abstract

 本発明に係るリチウムイオン二次電池負極用人造黒鉛は、X線回折によって求められるc軸方向の結晶子サイズLcが60~120nmであり且つ不活性ガス雰囲気下、3000°Cの温度での黒鉛化処理が施されると結晶子サイズLcが150nm以上となることを特徴とする。
