Abstract

　通過帯域の低周波側外側の近傍の急峻性を改善できるＳＡＷ装置及び通信装置を提供する。圧電基板１００上に、第１乃至第５のＩＤＴ電極１～５と、反射器電極６，７とを有し、第１乃至第５のＩＤＴ電極１～５のそれぞれの隣接部に第１乃至第４の電極指狭ピッチ部Ｎ１～Ｎ４が形成されたＳＡＷ素子１１が形成され、ＳＡＷ素子１１に不平衡信号端子８と平衡信号端子９，１０が接続され、第１乃至第４の電極指狭ピッチ部Ｎ１～Ｎ４の電極指ピッチが中央の第３のＩＤＴ電極３を中心にして対称的に形成され、第１の電極指狭ピッチ部Ｎ１の電極指ピッチが第２の電極指狭ピッチ部Ｎ２の電極指ピッチよりも狭く、第４の電極指狭ピッチ部Ｎ４の電極指ピッチが第３の電極指狭ピッチ部Ｎ３の電極指ピッチよりも狭くなっている。
