Abstract

　口腔内の唾液または少量の水の存在下において速やかに崩壊する固形製剤、とりわけ口腔内崩壊性固形製剤として有用な速崩壊性固形製剤を提供する。 　具体的には、平均粒子径７５μｍ以上、かつ、溶解速度の速い糖類または糖アルコールをセルロース類で被覆した被覆造粒物を含有する速崩壊性固形製剤、並びに、ａ）活性成分、ｂ）平均粒子径４００μｍ以上の糖または糖アルコール、ｃ）セルロース類およびｄ）崩壊剤を含有する速崩壊性固形製剤を提供する。
