Abstract

　酸に不安定な生理活性物質を有効成分とし、普通錠並の硬度を有し、かつ少量の水の存在下においても優れた速崩壊性を有する錠剤を提供する。 　酸に不安定な生理活性物質を含有する腸溶性細粒及び添加剤を含有し、１錠中の腸溶性細粒の含有量が約１０～３８重量％である、水で用時懸濁し得る錠剤。
