Abstract

 チップの小型化および簡略化が可能で、且つ、試料を高精度に分析可能な電気泳動チップを提供する。  上基板4と、下基板1と、導入槽2aと、回収槽2bと、試料分析用のキャピラリー流路3xとを含み、前記下基板1上に、前記導入槽2aと前記回収槽2bとが形成され、前記導入槽2aと前記回収槽2bとが、前記試料分析用のキャピラリー流路3xで連通され、前記導入槽2aに測定対象となる試料が導入され、前記導入槽2aと前記回収槽2bとの間に電位差を生じさせることで、電気泳動により、前記試料分析用のキャピラリー流路3xに前記試料が直接導入され、前記試料分析用のキャピラリー流路3xにおいて、前記試料の分離中も前記試料が連続的に供給されている状態で前記試料の分析が行われる。
