Abstract

 透明な基板(11)の内部に1本の流路(12)が形成され、その両端は外方に開放された試料導入口(13)、分離媒体充填口(14)に接続され、さらに途中には外方に開放された試料排出口(15)が設けられる。試料導入口(13)と試料排出口(15)との間が分離流路部(12a)、試料排出口(15)と分離媒体充填口(14)との間が分離媒体導入流路部(12b)となる。分離媒体充填口(14)に分離媒体充填装置を接続し分離流路部(12b)中に分離媒体を満たした後、分離媒体充填装置を接続したまま試料導入口(13)に試料を滴下して分離流路部(12a)に試料を導入した後、さらにバッファリザーバ(16)、(17)にバッファを溜めて泳動電圧を印加して泳動分析を行う。分離媒体充填装置を接続したまま繰り返し分析が行えるため、泳動の度に該充填装置を電気泳動チップから離脱させる必要がない。
