With this, a large amount of mixed air can quickly come into the engine to enhance its output. Moreover, it accomplishes nearly the complete combustion and improves the mileage. Meanwhile, the sound wave of exhaust noise comes into the body(l ⁇ ) and progresses straight. When it passes through the screw element (30), the sound is blocked and refracted by the twisted surface of the screw element(30) and the refracted sound wave is reflected on the tapered surface and returned to the source direction. The returned wave makes the offsetting interference with the incoming wave to be destroyed or naturally disappear in the space between the wall of body(l ⁇ ) and the tapered surface of noise absorption guide(20). In this way, the noise is removed.
  • this invention has many advantages. Through the twisted screw element installed in it, it induces the natural exhaustion of the gas. Moreover, with the screw element and the washer-type noise absorption guides that are protruded slantingly around the screw element, it removes the noises. Thus, it has nearly no exhaust pressure enough to enhance the mileage and to reduce the loss of output, minimizing the noises. It size is a little bit larger than the conventional muffler. So, it can be freely installed on any place of the vehicle when the vehicle is designed. With a small size, it is also light weighted. Thus, it can reduce the total weight of the vehicle, as well as many costs related with it.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un pot d'échappement pour automobiles, installations architecturales et autres installations mécaniques. Ledit pot d'échappement est constitué des composants suivants : un corps de type tuyau installé sur le système d'échappement de la structure mécanique et dont une extrémité forme l'entrée des gaz d'échappement et l'autre forme la sortie de décharge des gaz d'échappement ; des guides d'absorption de bruit multiples installés dans le corps du silencieux à des intervalles réguliers, l'un après l'autre, de l'entrée vers la sortie du corps ci-dessus. Le guide d'absorption de bruit est creux ; son entrée est située vers l'entrée du corps et sa sortie vers la sortie du corps. La circonférence de la sortie du corps est combinée avec la surface intérieure du corps. La surface reliant la circonférence de l'entrée et de la sortie du corps est inclinée et s'éloigne de la surface intérieure du corps, de la sortie vers l'entrée ; l'élément de vis formé en torsadant une plaque, passe à travers l'entrée et la sortie des multiples guides d'absorption de bruit et est fixé sur la circonférence d'entrée du guide d'absorption du bruit, à l'intérieur du corps.
