Abstract

 例えば、核酸の二重らせん構造を効果的に検出可能な標識物質を提供する。  モノヌクレオシドまたはモノヌクレオチドから誘導される構造を有する化合物であって、前記構造が下記式(1)、(1b)または(1c)で表される化合物、その互変異性体若しくは立体異性体、またはそれらの塩を提供する。  例えば、Bは、核酸塩基骨格を有する原子団であり、Eは、デオキシリボース骨格、リボース骨格、もしくはそれらのいずれかから誘導される構造を有する原子団、またはペプチド構造もしくはペプトイド構造を有する原子団であり、Z11およびZ12は、それぞれ、水素原子、保護基、または蛍光性を示す原子団であり、同一でも異なっていてもよい。
