Abstract

 ユーザ装置と上りリンクの共有チャネルを用いて通信を行う基地局装置は、動的に無線リソースの割り当てを行う第1のリソース割り当て方法と一定周期毎に無線リソースの割り当てを行う第2のリソース割り当て方法とを用いて、無線リソースを割り当て、前記ユーザ装置から、前記第2のリソース割り当て方法により割り当てられる無線リソースの解放を指示する信号を受信した場合に、前記第2のリソース割り当て方法により割り当てられる無線リソースを、前記第1のリソース割り当て方法により割り当てられる無線リソースとして使用するリソース割当手段;を備える。
