Abstract

 移動局と上りリンクの共有チャネルを用いて通信を行う基地局装置は、前記移動局に対して上りリンクの共有チャネルを割り当て、割り当てた前記共有チャネルでの送信を指示する送信指示手段;前記移動局に割り当てた前記共有チャネルの無線品質を測定する測定手段;及び前記無線品質に基づいて、前記移動局が前記共有チャネルでデータを送信したか否かを判定する判定手段;を具備する。また、移動局と上りリンクの共有チャネルを用いて通信を行う基地局装置での通信制御方法は、前記移動局に対して上りリンクの共有チャネルを割り当て、割り当てた前記共有チャネルでの送信を指示するステップ;前記移動局に割り当てた前記共有チャネルの無線品質を測定するステップ;及び前記無線品質に基づいて、前記移動局が前記共有チャネルでデータを送信したか否かを判定するステップ;を有する。
