Abstract

An infrared wavelength cut film (3) is formed on a light-transmitting substrate (1), and a lens (2) having a first flat surface (2a) on the infrared wavelength cut film (3) side is provided on the infrared wavelength cut film (3). The peripheral part of the lens (2) which is outside the lens effective radius (R) is fixed to the light-transmitting substrate (1). With this, an optical member in which penetration of the resin into the infrared wavelength cut film is prevented when the lens is formed, separation of the lens caused by the difference in linear expansion due to fixation of the lens made of resin to the infrared cut filter made of glass is prevented, dust originated from the infrared wavelength cut film is prevented from falling on the imaging element and an imaging device having the same are provided.
