Abstract

　光透過性基板（１）上に赤外波長カット膜（３）が設けられ、さらにその上に、赤外波長カット膜（３）側に第１の平坦面（２ａ）を有するレンズ（２）が設けられている。レンズ（２）は、レンズ有効径（Ｒ）よりも外周部で光透過性基板（１）と固定されている。これにより、レンズを形成する際の樹脂の赤外波長カット膜への浸入を防ぎ、樹脂からなるレンズとガラスからなる赤外波長カットフィルタとの固定による線膨張の違いに起因するレンズの剥がれを抑制し、かつ赤外波長カット膜からでるゴミが撮像素子上に落ちるのを回避し得る光学部材及びそれを備えた撮像デバイスを提供する。
