Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kontakthebelbewegungseinrichtung zur Bewegung mindestens eines Kontakthebels eines Leistungsschalters für die Kontaktschliessung und zur Realisation der Kontaktöffnung bei Überschreitung einer bestimmten kontaktabhebenden Kraft, mit mindestens einem ein Kontaktelement aufweisenden drehbeweglichen Kontakthebel und mindestens einer in Abhängigkeit von auf den Kontakthebel wirkenden kontaktabhebenden Kräften die Fixierung oder Freigabe des Kontakthebels bewirkenden Rasteinrichtung. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Verfahren zur Herstellung der Kontakthebelbewegungseinrichtung. Es ist vorgesehen, dass die Rasteinrichtung und der Kontakthebel (10) derart angeordnet und ausgestaltet sind, dass die von der Rasteinrichtung auf den Kontakthebel (10) zum Zweck der Fixierung oder Freigabe des Kontakthebels (10) ausgeübte Kraft unmittelbar von Rastelementen der Rasteinrichtung, die ringförmig um die Drehachse (12) des Kontakthebels (10) angeordnet sind, auf den Kontakthebel (10) Übertragbar ist.
